Peru had such amazing players in those times, they got to do good in World Cups. What do you think of Seminario post58100.html#p58100, I would feel extremely happy to receive some feedback on this player since I've created him purely based on mouth-to-mouth info, since all info on him was regarding statistical facts and not the technical ones.

He was excellent one of the finest South American central defenders of all time, Figueroa, Passarella normally ahead of him but only those 2 out of South America. He played in 1970, 1978 and 1982 World Cups and was captain of the legendary Peru 1975 South American Championship winning side.

I want to make a suggestion

Maybe defence 93, considering that Meléndez has 92, because I update him. ;)

His team LA "U" (Peruvian club) reached the Copa Libertadores semi-finals 4-5 times in that decade. They reached the finals in 1972, I believe. Universitario became the first ever "Pacific" team to reach the finals of the Copa Libertadores paving a road for others to somewhat unbalance the dominance practiced by clubs from Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil.

Chumpitaz is up there in talent with Passarella and Figueroa for sure.

Actually he was better than Passarella in defensive duties. Passarella had better offensive play with amazing scoring record for a
defender but Hector was better in positioning and anticipating the opponents moves and much more reliable for his teammates.
Passarella many times used to go up front without any control and just leave the hole behind him and by that created a lot of
troubles to his mates. Of course he was great player, but if I'm the coach and had to choose between these two my choice will
always be Chumpitaz.

for me those stats are perfect,IMO only JUMP could be raised,he isn't 10 point far from Passarella. my suggestion would be 95,but for the moment i fly down with a 92,cause i wanna hear some others opinions

I agree with SpongeBob, his DEF looks good, but I think that must have greater value maybe 94 even a red.

I think he can have 94/95 in DEF, 95 in Response and 92-94 in Jump. What do u think zguc?

My opinion is that DEF certainly should be 94 if not 95, as far as RES I would not go with the value in red I think his DEF to be greater than RES, the current value seems small, but it certainly deserves a 92/93.
Jump was also his strong arms but I would not have given him such great value that I would'd put about 90/91

DEF 94
RES 92
JUM 90
