- Spoiler: show
- Attack: A real threat from set pieces. He often gets in more positions than Lugano, but isn't as efficient. Lugano tends to score from the first good oppurtunity.
Speed/Agility: Slow on the straights and can't manage twist and turn quick enough for agile players. He can't make up for loss ground and he hits top speed almost instantly aswell.
Passing: Edu is either an incredibly safe passer or an incredibly bad one. Nothing in between. He tends to go for the really safe ones, but the minute he tries anything too fancy, he ruins it! Really not capable of distributing the ball very well. He does, however, get some degree of power behind his long field and ground passes.
Dribble Accuracy/Technique: Above average. Very composed and comfortable in possession of the ball. Definitely capable of dribbling all the way into the opposition half, but he can quickly be closed down.
Shot Accuracy/Power: Lugano is better at taking shots in a crowd of people, but Edu definitely has more placement in his shots. Edu also has power in his shots and can definitely clear the ball better than Lugano. His actually got alot of power in his shots and can threaten from distance.
Free Kick Accuracy/Curling: Puts practically no spin on his long field passes. He seems to kick the ball down to teammates with alot of power with little placement or swerve. As for his freekick, I've yet to see him take one, eventhough Lugano has
Header/Jump: A very good leaper, but not a great header of the ball. He can get alot power behind his headers, but there's little placement in his headers. He's definitely better at jumping than Lugano.
Teamwork: His understanding with Volkan is truly questionable at times. He works well with Lugano, but seems to completely unaware that a keeper is a part of the starting 11. Also him and Lugano rarely ever attempt an offside trap nor do they beleive in a defensive line.
Mentality: Apart from defending, Edu really doesn't like to get too involved in the game. He pressures the opponents alot whenever they get too close, but generally likes to secluded in his own half. He isn't renown for pressuring the opposition too much. Tends to allow the opposition to get close before charging at them.
