You're right he's still with PAS until the end of the season.

Some sources claim he's going on a loan to APOEL. Nothing official yet.

Are those his real height and weight values??
I am currently having him at 178 cm and 73 kg.

Transfermarkt( http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/tomas ... 36747.html ) is having him at 178 cm height.
Konami( http://pesdb.net/pes2014/index.php?id=59814 ) is having him at 178 cm height and 70 kg weight.
Wikipedia( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomas_De_Vincenti ) is having him at 178 cm height.
FIFA 14( http://sofifa.com/en/14/p/148407-tomas-de-vincenti ) is having him at 178 cm height and 77 kg weight.
Greek Soccer( http://greeksoccer.com/forums/index.php ... -vincenti/ ) is having him at 178 cm height.
Soccerway( http://int.soccerway.com/players/tomas- ... ti/154455/ ) is having him at 178 cm height and 72 kg weight.
Footballzz( http://www.footballzz.co.uk/jogador.php?id=111461 ) is having him at 178 cm height.
Soccerwiki( http://el-gr.soccerwiki.org/player.php?pid=53124 ) is having him at 174 cm height and 71 kg weight.

Most sources agree about 178 height(except the last one which is 174 cm), so I think it is fair to have him at 178 cm.
About the weight there are 4 different weights that appear only once each(70, 71, 72, 77 kg).
So I thought why not add up those 4 values and divide them by 4 to find the average?
70+71+72+77= 290
290/4= 72.5(so 72 or 73, but I have gone with 73).

That how I ended up with:
178 cm and 73 kg

Any thoughts?

Hehe you wrote quicker than me.
Yes, he will sign this afternoon for APOEL on six-month-loan with option for another 12 months of loan.

Please read how I ended up with his height and weight, but I've got to examine him futher to make comments about his stats.

However, in comparison with the speed stats of Lucas Perez of PAOK he definitely needs an upgrade.

Lucas Perez:
Response: 72
Explosive Power: 79
Dribble Speed: 81
Top Speed: 81

Probably, for De Vincenti:
Response: 74
Explosive Power: 77
Dribble Speed: 79
Top Speed: 78

What a player he is.
I find this set underrated for him.

Short Pass Speed: 72(+2)
Long Pass Accuracy: 76(+1) as you can see from the video he has great passing abilities.
Shot Accuracy: 70(+1) his shot accuracy is probably one of his biggest weaknesses, otherwise he would have been playing in the Premier League now IMO. However, I feel that he deserves a slight improvement.
Response: 77(+2) he senses really nice what runs he should make. one example is his run in 1:51 of the video that resulted in the goal.
Dribble Speed: 81(+2) he is AMAZING at Dribble Speed, changing speed and direction. He gave some of the best defenders in Cyprus a very hard time to contain him.
Body Balance: 79(+1) as you can see at 0:25 of the video, it it very difficult to make him loose his balance and fall down. AEL has some very physically strong defenders, however I don't remember any of them beating him at strenght.
Teamwork: 73(+3) he could have easily finished the attack that lead to the goal, however he gave the goal to Manduca. Also, overall he is a team player.

Also add the Trickster Card because he is very tricky.

ΟΚ, I saw the videom havent seem much things of him this year, but according to video seems he have to add also *Tactical Dribble+Dribbling+Trickster
no problem to update SPS and LPA.
not much difference to change SA 69->70, yes he is no good enough.
Dont have any clue to increase his Responce yet.
About BB we have to take count his opponents BB, mostly he knows he has the ability to keep the balls control and take good positions against other players, not much strength, which mean better ATT not BB.
About TW we saw also at video that he keeps the ball and often and he did some tricks so its not a good point to increase, another point to give the ball to Manduca is that he wasnt in good position to finish the opportunity.
DS could be at 80/81.

I suggest only Trickster at the moment.
So we are OK on SPS and LPA then.
OK, lets wait some more matches about response.
As I've told you, AEL defenders are very strong, and athletic. So strong that they are unplayable at times. Examples, Airosa, Carlitos, Ouon. Also Potokar, the new boy, seems also very strong(189 cm). So yeah, that's why I am suggesting an increase in Toma's BB. Maybe it can be balanced by a small increase in both Attack and BB rather than a big increase in one of them.
Yes, he keeps the ball a lot, but mainly when there are no teamates to pass, like near the corner flag. He normally passes when the others are in good positions. Also a selfish player could have very easily have a shot from there and not pass.
OK 80/81 DS, but not less than 80.

He has made a huge impact at APOEL, and he became, let's say top 3 fan favourite! There are also reports that Olympiakos is already started tracking his development and they are making plans of including him in next season's squad.

Does he need the CMF position? I cannot imagining him playing there right now. From what I heard he played there when he was on loan to Kalamata and his first season at PAS.
I would suggest removing CMF, and adding WF(he is considered as a winger at 4-4-3 according to reports) and SS(he actually plays as a Second Striker right now in 4-4-2 formation).

His two goals against Ermis in the weekend: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1at44 ... -3-0_sport

I am pretty sure about the suggestions I've already made for him, except Shot Accuracy. At first it seemed as it is his weakest point, however his is not too bad at all and can score(and) from distance also using his weak foot!

I would say,

Shot Accuracy 72(+3)
and for the others I will keep my previous suggestions:
Short Pass Speed: 72(+2)
Long Pass Accuracy: 76(+1) as you can see from the video he has great passing abilities.

Finally, a question for Greek League Fans:
Does he have any stamina issues? Because Donis is substituting him relatively early.
