Nice set. He really impressed me when playing for Barnechea in the first half of the season.
However, don't be afraid to rate him higher in ATT. He's very smart in his offensive display and his movements off the ball are very good.
I don't think we're overrating him if we sit him in a 79-80 value.
Besides, AGG could be higher, at least +1.

I watched this video vs Santiago Wanderers:

And some other vids around YT and seemed me a kind of WF, not a cf at all but for sure I'm wrong. He seems really energetic, running a lot and looking for spaces everywhere and everytimes he's got the chance. Also I highlight his passing, seems to be reliable on his foot to give passes and with a decent sps, as well as lpa. He isn't afraid to dribble with both foot and seems to be a commited guy. Am I wrong about this last? Reminds me a lot Tito Villalba from SL but not that good, still seems to be a more than decent player. Probably some chilean user could give us more information. Ah, also yeah, he looks pretty smart in attack.

He's a CF by nature but Lasarte is deploying him as a WF so Gustavo Canales plays there as the lone n°9 in a 4-3-3 formation.
He's a good passer, but he won't take advantage of this mostly due to his selfish style of play.
And yes, I've been thinking 'bout boosting his weak-foot stats a bit.
