Some suggestions

Top speed: 77
Acceleration: 77
Response: 79
Agility: 78
Dribble accuracy: 82
Dribble speed: 78
Short pass accuracy: 83
Short pass speed: 80
Long pass accuracy: 82
Long pass speed: 81
Shoot accuracy: 75
Shoot power: 80
Shoot technique: 76
Free kick accuracy: 75
Curling: 77
Aggression: 76

From some pre-season games and even a few games he played for Porto, we can conclue that he's more a playmaker and is not so fast like the current stats states. He's a type of the typical number 10 player. He's not so fast but has a good vision of play, passing and dribbling. Not sure yet about the shooting stats. Maybe we could add him a Playmaker star and I'm not sure yet about Passing (maybe it's to early to put yet).

Definitely his ATT could be better, his positioning really is amazing in attack plays. STA could stay at 82-83, remember that he in Lanús played a lot of times like RMF, and he ran a lot. His RES sounds too underrated too, when he played like AMF, his response was well to know how to do before he gets the ball, definitely in yellow zone. His AGI could stay one or two points above too, he hasn't an amazing "quiebre de cintura" but he does the changes in his Dribbling quick. May be his DS one point higher. AGG could be more too, and MEN minnimium 77.
May be S02-Passer?

It sounds good, although many are small changes.
Index:
Attack: 78
Stamina: 83
Response: 79
Agility: 80
Dribble speed: 79
Aggression: 78
Mentality: 76

Agility should be above the answer for me, and 79 in RESP is equal to the Burrito Martinez.

Amazing back to Argentinian football. Always I like this guy, he has a really talent. I'm pretty sure that he deserves more DA, DS, SA, AGI, AGG and ST. What about these changes:

Top Speed: 79 (+2)
Response: 81 (+1)
Agility: 82 (+2)
Dribble Accuracy: 84 (+2)
Dribble Speed: 81 (+2)
Shot Accuracy: 76 (+1)
Shot Technique: 77 (+1)
Free Kick Accuracy: 77 (+2)
Curling: 81 (+1)
Jump: 77 (+2)
Aggression: 79 (+1)

He scored 3 goals in 3 matches :)
