BELLETTI

Postby Nrby » 2008 Dec 09, 11:23

Juliano Belletti signed a three-year contract at Stamford Bridge on the 23rd August 2007. The right-back moved from FC Barcelona for an undisclosed fee.
The 31-year-old is most famous for scoring the winning goal in the 2006 Champions League Final against Arsenal when he came on as a second-half substitute. It was his first goal for Barcelona. He is a traditional Brazilian full back who loves to get forward and run with the ball. A very handy buy for Chelsea although it looks to be a temporary one.

let's reduce his LPA/LPS stats already.. he is no 85/88 guy atm... i suggest lowering both by 4 for the moment

LPA: 81
LPS: 84

Agree!

I can't believe how overrated he is in terms of crossing

Those stats still reflect his crossing of last season. He's a very good crosser, but not THAT good.

As i mentioned in the ladder thread an 85 would suit him nicely.

According to BBC, Belletti can also play as a LB. What do you guys think? Should he have Both Sides, or only Right?

He really can pack a shot and has proved so on many an occasion. Can anyone get on board with this?

I defo agree with the shot power. Also the LPA, LPS updates seem reasonable.

Stamina has to be lowered from 92 he doesn't run more than the likes of Sagna and Bosingwa. I'd lower it to about 87 on par with Stephen Warnock. I'd also lower aggression this value puts him on par with Nicholas Anelka and Wayne Rooney both of whom are strikers! I don't think he's more attacking than the likes of Evra and Clichy when played at *SB how about 84. He's also been playing a more free-roam *CMF role recently do you reckon it could be added?

Agree with the Stamina decrease but not sure on a value so I'll just agree with you  Agree with Aggression, can't see that he should be 1 ahead of Bosingwa at the moment.

I've given him a quick update, I'll give him a proper one with a description, later maybe tommorow, but those where slightly ridiculous.
