Isn't he a DMF?

I thought he was more defensive than this stats show.

Well, he's really a two-way midfielder, but in Villarreal he's a DMF, yeah. Don't think his attack should be lowered though, he is really good at finding good positions in the box.
Anyway, I'm thinking of a small increase of his Defence and Stamina, was gonna post this a while a go, before the "global update", but it somehow slipped my mind, hehe. Not quite sure about the numbers though..

Well, about defence I'm not sure... He is not incredible good on positioning, he is more response and TW. For me, he isn't over Xavi really.
About Stamina, Xabi Alonso is on 84, so I have no problem to put him on par with this.

Isn't he a little more aggresive?? Could you consider about increasing his aggresion to 76-77??

notes vs chile:
CMF 18 Eguren - Villareal/used as a playmaker for the NT/seems strong and really quality passing/

He is used like a playmaker here on Villarreal too. Senna destroys and helps to Eguren to create. Probably here his work is difficult to see for the immense quality of Senna.

What do you suggest?

Pellegrini used Senna as a playmaker(CM) in villarreal last year, and Eguren as DM. Eguren positioned in front of young CBs(Godin and Gonzalo) and sometimes covered capdevilla's space. I saw he often instructed CBs to up line like a defense leader. and when opponent team sent ball into penalty area, he enter to defense line and head it out. Senna doesn't do such play.and i think Eguren has the highest MEN in villarreal and maybe *covering. He fight till last minutes.

I'm not agree with mentality issue. The highest Mentality is on Senna's head. He is who runs more, makes the presure and is on every part of the field always. Eguren ony is concentrated, nothing more. Anyway this stat reflects a lot more than fight.

This season, Eguren covered Capdevila's offensive runs and Senna covered Angel/Javi Venta's runs. Pellegrini gave a free role to Senna, with him on defensive and offensive aspects seeing how he resists and to use his incredible defensive, organizative and middle shots. Anyway, I think that Eguren is better on his offensive positioning than in defence. He is a DM for his physical qualities, lenght and good understanding, not fot his tactical sense.

About stats, I would change...

Stamina can go up a bit... 84/85 can be the a good numbers. The same with passing, I think can be on yellows... probaly SPS and SPA between 80/81 or close.Evidently, he is a bit better on header and jump. TW can go up to 83/84 compared to players like Keita.
Oh, and like ominho suggested, Mentality can go up a bit too but not an incredible number, some like 82/83.

I've thought cards for him.
S09 Covering - He covers Capdevilla's area well.
P04 Anchor man - He makes a unit with CBs.
P10 Box to Box - He heads ball in both Boxes.

looks like a good signing. should provide defensive cover in midfield as well support the attacks. He's not Ledesma but perhaps the best Lazio can do for the moment.

Nice.. after I'd already added him to the Serie A ladders

He's loaned to AIK. Made his debut earlier today.
