A couple of things I think:
ATT: over the top, he has a full load of things to understand in attack positioning >> 74
BB: light, I won't go over 74,he is 172cm/70 KG, it's a good ratio, but he plays small
AGI: mostly reliant on that than even his close control, uses well to foul the opponent >> 85/86
The rest of the set is pretty much what I think about the player
My original value for ATT was 76 but I reasoned about some points:
1. he already showed from last season that he learned well to find the spaces to go and shot (so he's not a newbie in this sense), and he's still improving;
2. watching the ladders, in Serie B he's one point over Lupoli and Foti, but they need to be updated and in fact they're really nothing special; my Giampà is at 74 and I wouldn't say that they have the same skill to attack;
3. he's a SS, so 76 and 77 are not high values for this position.
About BB, yes he's a small guy for sure but he seems not to be really weak; I compared him with Eder and I decided to put him at his same level.. Pasquato also seems stronger than Giovinco (75)
I wanted to be conservative about AGI, with that speed and dribbling values he's already quick
