With the current level of our leftbacks he could be in the Dutch NT soon:P

Has returned to Chelsea, it's a shame he did a good job covering for Enrique.

It's only logical, considering their current left back situation.

Yeah you're right although he has said he would be willing to return to Newcastle, and I don't see him making it at Chelsea.

Are you sure he returned back to Chelsea? There is still nothing official on the official Chelsea website.

Made his debut yesterday. Wondering whether he is able to get more minutes now.

Yeah, hopefully he will. Very talented player, I think he set up one of the goals last night?

He set up a really good cross to Drogba, but Drogba missed it.

Did anyone notice he seems a fair bit faster than the current stats represent him at, he made a darting run of some amount of speed to create Chelsea's second goal against Newcastle in the cup the other night where he TORE away from the defence (Tiote and Ranger) who're certainly no slowpokes.

They seem very reasonable. Can't comment on his crossing but his speed is definitely worthy of those values. What about his Aggression? He was really aggressive against Newcastle, or was he playing as a winger? Either way, he certainly seemed to be behaving like one!

My notes on him after the U21 game against Denmark's U21.

Van Aanholt: Constantly overlaps in offensive situations, definitely high Aggression. Also showing some quality attacking positioning, Attack around 70. Defensively caught out by mediocre Danish winger, mainly relies on physical strength and speed to run opponents off the ball. Outran Danish midfielder to get to the ball, quite pacey. Has cut inside to take a shot or pass the ball multiple times. Displayed some sloppy passing and ball control. Mean long range shot, struck with lots of power. Troubled goalkeeper multiple times with a long range blast. Decent crosses. Doesn't even look slightly tired after 90 minutes, good condition and stamina.

Based on this game, as well as multiple other performances for the U21 and his displays in England so far, I'd like to suggest these numbers:

Attack: 71
Body Balance: 81
Stamina: 85
Top Speed: 85
Shot Power: 83

P04/1 – Darting Run / Overlapping Run
P10 – Incisive Run (?)

damn that's enough. overlapping run is fucking out. darting run is the old speed merchant card.
