In the past before he came to the profis his main position was DMF but now he plays often on the left side or in the CMF. So it´s hard to rate maybe we should go down to 66 and wait if he will play there in the future and show his potenzial in the defence.

I suggest a yellow TEC value for him

TEC=80/81

Agree with a yellow TECH, the same we could do with his DA. His technical abilities are really oufstanding for a young player like him.

But I would lower his BB to 74, he is very weak and is being outmuscled by most of the "normal" Bundesliga players. His passing is probably overrated, with these stats he is on a par with Robben.

balance: think you`re right. his strength is not buli-level yet.

passing: wow, you`re even more right here :shock: . he`s a young player, only 14 buli games. so I also tend to lower the passing values a bit.

isn`t his main position SM? and other position more AM than CM?
last week he came in for gebardt. same vs barca and Köln. perhaps an indication for SM, but might also be due to system changes, dunno.

based on this assumpution, I wouldn`t have thought on DEF>60 for him. but maybe you`ll be more confident about his position

Updated BB and passing, SMF as first position. Does he really deserve a DEF above 60?

i`m sorry. i wanted to say DEF lower than 60 !
cant see any reason why his DEF should be above 60.

looked up the SM def-ladder. suppose he could be somewhere among the 53 to 56 guys

For the moment I will change DEF to 55, which is pretty high for such an unexperienced player, but AFAIK he basically was playing as a CM in the 2nd team. Could be that this is wrong, but 55 would be a compromise for the moment. 62 is outstanding for a SM and better than Schweinsteiger was till we updated him recently.

Overall we have to interprete the current stats as a temporary solution. With Träsch, Khedira and Kuzamnovic in the squad he will hardly be able to play as a CM in the near future. Rating players who can play as SMF and CM is probably nearly as hard as rating SB/CB players. For example Salihovic is having DEF=53 and is probably better in this than Rudy...

Well, I think he should be CMF by now...at Hoffenheim he plays in this position (like in the youth teams of Stuttgart)...he played the SMF only because of the stronger central midfielders in Stuttgart...so it should be changed...

I'd Decrease his ATT by 1/2 points, and rise his DEF by 2/3 points. And main position should be CMF i guess ;)
