Nice update. I agree with 86 DA too.. I might go slightly higher, but 86 is fine for now.

Consistency can go up to 5. He is showing continuity, game after game

I don't think so, I think he doesn't exploded because of his low consistency..

you do disagree with a consistency 5. but you can't just say i disagree because he doesen't exploded.
he's actually doing his best patch of form since he's in italy. Consistency 4 is an extreme range value....you would compare him with? if he's on a 4,at least another 10-15 players in the serie A would be on a 4. tell me some of them

I am waiting for the "big proof" of Saturday against Milan...if he performs well in such an important game like that I think he is "exploded"...watch out for the pieces all over!

could need again slightly higher speeds stats or ds? he could beat antonini in terms of speed with the ball(And using agility)....Antonini is and 83 TS 84 ACC.... don't think that in the game would work...

At least ACC HAS to be Orange and maybe a timid bump to DS. I currently rated him at 91 in ACC

WOW u mean 91 in ACC and over 90+ in DS that maybe woulde make him the best in burt away from opponents in Serie A...I don't know how many here would agree but it is somrthing to take under consideration...though I would more stick to a raise in DA...

Yes why not, he's arguably the best in Serie A (alongside with Krasic and Pato, but they both have higher TS imo) at burn his marker with his pure change of pace ball at feet.

IMO DA 86 and ACC @ 90 would do the trick. with these values would have same ACC as Lavezzi (but better DS&TS);
wouldn't be over Pastore in terms of DA (and that's realistic probabbly). better TS than Pastore,Lavezzi,Jovetic.
His on ball speed should be lower than Krasic's. add his Agility and updated consistency to 5 and you have a good replicated Menez in terms on skills on the ball.

i was also wondering if he deserves the incisive run card. i don't really see him as the Di Natale or Zarate (or Messi) kind of run - ok,he doesen't play in their positions, but he's more 'ala Ibra' IMO. he roams also into the middle driting to the sides WITH the ball. i don't really recall him as the player sticking to the side cutting in to find goal-scoring opportunites.

I'll go with zuo here, and you have to consider that most of the other 'quick' players in the championship are shorter and weigh less. But it'd be a waste to compare with ladders, certainly he retains a better burst now than miccoli. And players on his lever like robinho will be more explosive anyway given his sleight build.

if you've watch the roma game vs bayern (2nd leg) and milan, you'd see menez has really improved his tackling. he robbed muller and abate off the ball. he made muller fall to the ground and abate stumble. there were several other challenges menez made and attempt recently. he's working a lot more defensively now. i would raise menez's BB to a 80 (muller has 79, abate has 81)

defense needs a small raise but i don't know how much

i still haven't deleted a lot of recent roma games from my server. i'll see if i can do a compile of menez's recent challenges and tackles. 80 BB is a must IMO and defense needs a small raise definitely but i'm not sure by how much

i also second raising menez's acc +3 to 91

he's proven recently he can burst past pranjic and antonini and some others i may have forgetten. knocking the ball down the right flank and chasing after it has been his trademark move this season

what more proof do you need?

Antonini has been horrendous this year and his DEF currently looks way too high - that said Zuo's suggestion of DA 86 and 90 ACC seem very good. I would say the 91 ACC may be ok too but on the goal (against Milan) it was really Antonini making him look great - Abate did well and kept him in check on that side.

I thnk his current DS is fine if we increase his ACC

BB shouldnt be yellow IMO - maybe a 78 from what I have seen of him this year, @ 77 kg he would be too strong

BB is 76, perhaps you're looking at stamina :P

Anto's been good offensively in the first few matches of the season, his highlight was lecce where he looked astute defensively, but bearing that in mind everyone was. Anto's not a slow defender (maybe above average) - but Menez got the better of him in a lot of situations.

I was responding to the suggestion that his BB should be increased.

Antonini last year was very very good. He remains fine attacking but all of this year he has been terrible defensively (just as bad if not worse than Bonera). His problem is not his speed but his reaction and positioning which could probably come way down if he continues his current form this season. Please dont mention Lecce - that was was the first game of the year and even Ronaldinho looked liked a football superhuman again in that game; Lecce has made most teams look stellar.

Menez for the most part was quiet when he was on Abate's side and as soon as he switched over he roasted Luca - As I said I have no issues with most of the suggested increases as some are a bit overdue.
