His performances are getting better and better; still lacks a bit of confidence in front of the goal as he doensn't seem to know what he is doing now and then (hesitating to shoot) but his speed on the ball, agility and forward drive are getting back bit by bit. Ajax' strikers are sooo promising; hopefully De Boer can make 'm work together! Personally agree with +1 TEC; good 1st touch - better than Lens and more than +1 with Janko, Nijland, v. Wolfswinkel

Well, yeah he is getting better but, imo, his play is still in chaotic state and inconsistancy.... I thought he can be more dangerous and a national team winger who will make a difference but sadly I was wrong and I bet many Ajax fans are dissapointed too.

I would like to suggest a new set of stats because I cant really relate to this set which is based on his Heerenveen time I believe.

Position: WF*, SS, AM
Age: 22 (05-DEC-1988)

Length: 176 cm
Weight: 76 kg

Attack: 76
Defence: 41
Balance: 78
Stamina: 84 (he is really busy, and not lazy anymore for sure)
Top Speed: 86
Acceleration: 88 (still has great speed but not the amazing boost he used to have)
Agility: 83 (pretty agile, he got a bit stronger he looks to be a bit less agile as before)
Dribble Accuracy: 83
Dribble Speed: 84
Short Pass Accuracy: 75
Short Pass Speed: 76
Long Pass Accuracy: 79
Long Pass Speed: 80
Mentality: 80 (He certainly tries hard lately. Work decently for the team)
Team Work: 75 (Works hard for the team, but really lacks vision. Keeps his eyes on the ball or the goal, and too often not on team mates).
Injury Tolerance: B
Condition/Fitness: 6
Weak Foot Accuracy: 4
Weak Foot Frequency: 2/3 (One of his major issues, doesnt play with his right foot)
Consistency: 5

CARDS:
P06 – Speed Merchant
P07 – Mazing Run
P11 – Cut Back Pass
P12 – Incisive Run
S06 – Outside Curve
S18 – Cross Over Turn
S19 – Quick Scissor Dribble

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
*Dribbling
*Tactical dribble
*Outside

Some of the cards are debatable I think. Let me know what you think?

I'd keep his Stamina at bay a bit, 82 at most. He still tires fairly quickly, probably because his work-rate has drastically improved since last summer, which shows you he lacks real oxygen in his lungs to last a complete 90 minutes without severely deteriorating his style of play.

Body Balance can also be kept at 76, he quite often loses out due to his weak physique against a properly sized defender or midfielder. With 78, he'll retain the ball against some taller opponents, which simply isn't the case. He generally loses out every single physical battle where he can't out-sped his direct opponent.

I'd definitely remove Cut Back Pass. He rarely if ever makes a run for the back-line to try and cross it across the goal. If he gets near the box, he turns to his left and starts moving inside; allowing space for Van der Wiel to come forward and put in a cross if given the ball. Don't think he quite deserves it.

The rest seems to fairly agree with the numbers in my head for Mickey.

I think Balance should stay or go up to 77. Also remove the cut back pass card, he doesn't, like AB said pass when he's near goal. He's a cut inside and shoot kind of player. But he absolutely needs updating in his workrate stats.

I agree with the rest of your suggestions Fides.

Purely visual comment; you changed around the colours for the cards. P-cards are orange, S-cards are green. ;)

I am quite ok with this updated Sulejmani ;)
I like a combination/ratio of Attack / Aggression.

Changed the colors again:)

Hmm, lately I am thinking about the fact that his TS should be higher then his ACC. He is quick, but he is particulary unstoppable when he is sent into deep after he started a sprint and hit top gear.

What about Marauding/reaction?

I strongly agree with Fides about his STA being upped. To me he doesn't seem so tired anymore at the end of the match and remember that his rather high aggression value does make him do a lot of running. He has also stated himself that he is able to do more running lately and not being so to tired anymore after a match. Not sure if his TS should be over his ACC, he is really quick of his feet but perhaps they can be closer or even. Sulejmani is a very fast guy able to pass his marker on pure speed and acceleration.

Good to see he has "it" back again. Was about time he started showing what he's able to do though...

New layout. So what about S01 Marauding? I am not too such about mazing run anymore, usually his dribbles are in pretty straight lines and not really "zig-zaggy".

isn't he much agile than 83 ??

if you look his body movements 83 looks harsh to me according to global standard .

I also think DS is now just a bit too low.
Why is AM added? When did he play there? I don't remember him playing there.

Yea he don't need AM but i think he should have SMF as optional.

Some sugestions:

Attack: 77-78 (he is preety good this season , scored around 10 goals)
DS: 87-88 ( his dribling is realy fast,84 is just average for this guy)
Aggility: 86-87 ( 83 only for aggility? why?)

I agree with removing mazing run + ading marauding.

He played some games at "10" last year I think. Not really successful though.
Removed that position and changed the cards. Do you really think he is that agile?
And I think he that he is much faster running to the ball then on the ball, that why I dont have his DS that high.

87-88 is nothing superb it is reasonable considering his movement. 83 is just too low.

87-88 is way too much in my view ! i played him with 86 that looks enough ! specially 87-88 is big number for him as Fides said:
Fides wrote: usually his dribbles are in pretty straight lines and not really "zig-zaggy".

he is not like other guys who uses their body to made twists as much as other few guys did who sit at 88.....

but 83 is really harsh if you consider his height,weight,movements(over-all).86 is more than enough.
