i approved the topic as it's been fairly well made (cosmetically) and the set is fairly well made, but try to put some explanations next time as the next set without explanations won't get approved so easily.

I'd say the set is quite overrated, I mean he still didn't showed anything of his potential.. looks quite talented but still a "bud", a closer flower. I'm I was following him in order to post a set, sooner or later. This is what I recollected:

Spoiler: show
Name: Zieliński
Shirtname: ZIELINSKI

Club: Udinese Calcio
Number: 94
Position: AMF*RMF, AMF, LMF,
Nationality: Polish _pol
Age: 18 (xx-yy-1995)

Foot: R

Length: 177
Weight: 64

Attack: 73
Defence: 42
Balance: 73
Stamina: 75
Top Speed: 83
Acceleration: 83
Response: 70
Agility: 83
Dribble Accuracy: 86
Dribble Speed: 83
Short Pass Accuracy: 76
Short Pass Speed: 68
Long Pass Accuracy: 75
Long Pass Speed: 68
Shot Accuracy: 70
Shot Power: 74
Shot Technique: 70
Free Kick Accuracy: 66
Curling: 77
Header: 66
Jump: 69
Technique: 84
Aggression: 73
Mentality: 71
Keeper Skills: 50
Teamwork: 70

Injury Tolerance: A
Condition/Fitness: 4
Weak Foot Accuracy: 5
Weak Foot Frequency: 5

Which is probably wrong in a lot of areas, I mean he didn't displayed nor a consistent short passing game nor a decent response as a 76 could suggest, just a lot of inexpressed talent. Pretty good control, as Basilio said, surely more agile than a 78. I think I'm gonna add on the db my rough set with some changes.. thanks a lot for the contribute Gambit btw.

IMO he deserves mid yellow both LPA ad SPA, also the weighted pass card, and passing*, quite inaccurate set.

If he get's a game, I try watch watch every Poland match..I don't ever recall him playing...according to online records he was subbed in at 66' vs Gibraltar (game already done and dusted 6-0 in where Grosicki looked like a world beater  )...I've only seens him vs juve in the Serie A, and with the stats he does not mesh with the Nawalka's system..Milik provides a better goal threat (at SS) and has been a good assister..and this Zilienski guy looks like he would be a defensive liability as a CMF.

It's my opinion according the vid, he looked faster, maybe he need 80 TS, or maybe it because DS, he's fast even with the ball and how about low green for BB, but I'm not really sure with the value
someone should burn Ballon d'Or trophy

I don't get to see enough of Zielinski, so I may be a bit off base, but his LPA and even LPS is looking better than first post, it's something that popped out watching extended highlights a while back, it's in the first vid I'm linking where he supplied Hamsik - it seems a growing ability in part thanks to the wide attack of Napoli fostering such passes. Not quite Hamsik good yet but I think at least a couple points more would be fair to LPA 84-85.

Just a few examples I could find
https://youtu.be/2i-naPQ0X5s?t=1m42s - assist on a super goal
http://youtu.be/2i-naPQ0X5s?t=3m45s
https://youtu.be/2i-naPQ0X5s?t=7m17s - first time
https://my.mixtape.moe/nnedve.mp4 - vs Montenegro
https://youtu.be/QxC2INky5rA?t=7m43s - tonight vs juve

Also his left foot is looking really accurate with his passing and shooting, since I don't get to see him enough I won't recommend a 7, only that it be kept in mind by a more frequent viewer for consideration in the future...I may have missed all the times he's scuffed shots and passed to the bleachers  .

A real nice talent, I hope he continues to progress and blossom at Napoli.

EDIT: I would say too that there could be a slightly larger BB gap between him and Pjanic, thoughts?

One of the finest midfielder over the past two seasons in serie A without doubt. Technically astute, blindingly quick, ambidextrous and a hard worker. Definitely one of the most promising young player out there in Europe.

The stats seems fine, but a slight tweaks in acceleration would represent himself better with the reality. He often skip past his marker effortlessly, kind like reminds me of the energetic Tottenham's version of Luka Modric. Maybe something like 83-85 value.

And also he deserves a Playing style card. Judging from what i've seen from him he could have given *Mazing Run and *Darting Run, although we could delay giving him the later now, until he shows more frequent direct forward run.

Not the best game for him today, he almost looks the player that is so desperately needed for Poland, to link everything together, but he lacks involvement and does not demand the ball enough (it may be a symptom of the Napoli system where all that movement/criss-crossing of players means there is no focal playmaker, so he is a bit lost when played as an AMF).

He has improved overall and the positive effect that moving to Napoli has had on him is plain to see, last year he was just either a ghost or kid with some skillz pretending he belonged in the first 11, now he is a player with a unique set of skills who can imprint himself on the match with his vision to pick out a teammate and play a defence splitting pass or dribble in clever ways maintaining possession with little risk of a turnover.

Again I only see him in fragments, but his balls over the top (LPA) looks to be his better ability vs his ground passing.

I don't know how many times I've seen him play some really perfect through balls, talking in the area of just below 90's.
