My limited notes:
Meggionini #69 CF - good ts/a bit of a post player?/LF/great 1st touch on a play/LF shot right at keeper/decent SP/good pace and acc/

any match i've seen about him,he never looked a 74 kgs 77 Balance(same size of F.Inzaghi and one point over him :S )..... for an example,he looks stronger than 81 BAL 75 Kgs Mutu,or 81 BAL 78 Kgs Amoruso too.
i mean,Morimoto is at his same Balance and with a kg more and got abused by CBs way more easily

I'd agree with that, and he looked really good vs Inter

Yeah I had the same impression last games I saw him...any suggestion?
I am thinking an update like ATTACK @78 (+1) BALANCE @80 (+3) RESPONSE (+1) AGILITY 84(-1) TEAM WORK 75 (+1)...

That all sounds good to me. I was noticing he also has some bite to his game. He seemed to be trying harder than defenders a good amount of the time...but he could have been stepping up his effort because he was playing inter. Also, about response, I was noticing he was reacting quicker than everyone except Cambiasso. Not that he should be much higher than you suggested, but just something I noticed.

if his body potential is really what he showed against Inter, his Balance should be higher even that 80. I mean,Cassano and Del piero are @ 79 (175x78 , 173x73) and Mutu and Amoruso are @81 (184x78,180x75)....and for his 74 kgs weight,he simply clashed over mutu and amoruso usual performances with Lucio and Samuel.

Some (old) suggestions:

About Mentality(CF/SS Ladder)
83: Danijel ALEKSIC, Antonio DI NATALE, Vitali KUTUZOV, Diego MILITO, Cristiano LUCARELLI, Hérnan CRESPO
82:Giampaolo PAZZINI
81 AMAURI, Francesco TAVANO
80:BARRETO, Marco DI VAIO, Takayuki MORIMOTO, Tomas DANILEVICIUS, Edison CAVANI
79 JEDA, Giuseppe MASCARA, Stevan JOVETIC, Adrian MUTU, Sebastian GIOVINCO, Massimo MARAZZINA, NENÉ, Sergio FLOCCARI, Marco BORRIELLO
78:Fabrizio MICCOLI, Alberto GILARDINO, Erwin HOFFER, Antonio FLORO FLORES

Now that i'm also noticing, probably id lower a couple of points Giovinco, then seeing this Ladder,i could comfortably put
Meggiorini at a 78+,even up as an 81.

For the Balance thing, imo he still needs an 81 with his 181x74 Size.

also,Aggression @82-83
Response @ 83
Condition and Consistency are imo fine.

today he showed nice BB against the Juve backline surely deserves a point or even two more shows great control over his body to regain balance when tussling with another player (this could also be AGI related).
also i'd swap his TS and ACC as he showed today that he's capable of some high speed runs when chasing the ball and running on the counter or even trying to catch a ball which is heading out of the field and generally when running on longer distances he seems to be gaining pace rather than losing it. Regarding MENT he's surely mid-low yellows as he was constantly running from the first to last minute and constantly putting pressure on the CB's even in the 93rd minute when he blasted that shot sky high. i remember him from his Bari days and even then he was showing this kind of determination and sheer will to do something out of nothing for his team.

I agree with you. Furthermore I'd raise his SP to 83-84 and his ST by 2-3 points, I had this values on my mind from a lot and today he confirmed them again

yeah he's got an above average SP, but i have to say i'm not quite familiar with his shooting but i've always held him in high regard as a striker so i believe that it's deserved.
