In my eyes he seems to be quite strong for his height and weight.
Is there any chance to raise his Balance?

Edited his stats.

P.S. heard that he may be getting Russian citizenship to be able to play for NT and make Spartak's life easier as they've got lot's of foreigners in their starting lineup already (RPL has foreigners limit rule).

Oh, nice to hear that, but doesn't have the russia team enough good strikers, does they? Like Pogrebnyak, Arshavin (not a real striker, but makes a lot of goals), Pavlyuchenko, Kerzhakov and Sychev?
Otherwise I don't see there any chances for him to play there, but I can be mistaken there myself. :D
How many non-russian player does a team have on the field? I can only count four South-Americans, inclusive Welliton.

Alex, Welliton, Karioka, Jiranek, Fathi, Stranzl. Limit is 6+5, meaning max 6 foregners on the pitch at the same time.

I think Welliton is a better striker than Sychev or Kerzhakov, he's more useful in 4-2-3-1 formation as a lone striker than those two, /pogrebnyak and Pavlyuchenko haven't been in the best shape since Euro 08, Roman seems to be having trouble at Spurs. Pavel can't pickup his Uefa cup form.

Plus Welliton is a different type of player, he's very fast and agile and is very good in the air at the same time. And don't forget about magical word 'variety'! But it's all just a rumour.

Oh, okay, haven't thought that european players are also included in that rule.

That's right, Roman didn't play so much this season, but I think he has lots of trouble with his trainer. Near every russian striker, excepting Arshavin, was getting into a low crisis after the EURO 2008 I think.
And if you say it so about Welliton, then he seems to be a quite good alternative for Russia.
Perhaps he can play with Pavel next to him to have a physical strong partner like Dzyuba in his team and behind both there can Arshavin play making good passes?!
I must see more games of him, cause till now Welliton is for me a striker waiting only for a chance in front of the goal as result of a really good pass or a fail of the keeper and not to gather his chances like other strikers do.

(RPL has foreigners limit rule).

I was wondering if people from Ex-Soviet republics count as foreigners ? A lot of people from those countries have the Russian citizenship (the majority of them were born in Soviet Union and speak the Russian language).

I am not surprised by such limitations. It's a normal thing to protect national football. In the J-League (Japan) the limit is 3 foreigners only ! Japs are known to be quite xenophobic. Discussions are currently going on to add an extra license for Asian players. (3 foreigners + 1 Asian - Korean or Chinese...etc).

The guy is just immense, RPL top scorer last year (21 goals 28 games) is even in better shape this season (15 goals in 16 matches(!!!)). Just crazy!

I personally thought 86 is enough for his top speed same as Darren Bent, Gyan, Messi, Podoski, Lavezzii, Rooney considering he has 88 DS... But I don't see him constantly. What's your opinion, anokhin?

I don't know about Bent and others, but he's realy faster then Messi - it's true
88 it's real for him i'm think, may be 89 in good matches, but 88 is more real

If you felt 89 top speed in his good day, it means 82 in normal days i think.
