Nice stats, looks a cert to be a future Premiership player. I'd make a few minor changes though, I'd probably lower his response by 1, his reading of the game is decent, but I don't think he's proved himself worthy of a yellow value just yet, though it is something to keep an eye on, certainly.
I'd lower his DA a notch too, his dribbling is similar to Mascherano in the fact that he goes fairly fast on the ball, but with little control, a 76 would do him nicely, in my opinion. His passing speeds and curling could be raised a bit also, he has a wide range of passing and they have decent curl on them. Other than that, there fine. Would you be interested in making more Coventry players? Or Championship players in general?

Good, I'd swap SPA and SPS around though, his passes, although a lot of the time simple, have decent pace on them, he can also get good distance on his passes.

Remove the question marks from Box to box, he most definitely plays that role.

He joined Cardiff as a free agent:

Can we give him the new format?

Yep, with 70/68 would be fine for his ATT/DEF ratio.

He plays so much better for his national team than for his club... For the former he looks like a orange-Stamina midfielder, whereas for Cardiff he's more like 85 at best.
His first touch is quite poor though, I'm not convinced if he needs green values for BC.

His Response is definitely of yellow material, and Tenacity looks like closer to high yellows or even 90. ATT and DEF have to be switched to something like 66 and 72 respectively. He also seems to he fairly faster off the ball but rather unagile; more like TS 79 and EP 72. And he needs Enforcer and Marking as well. He's been fairly good nullifying the likes of Dele Ali and other playmakers.

His leadership spirit for Iceland NT is quite remarkable.
He reminds me a lot to former Czech leader Jiri Nemec.

Btw, does he really play either as RB or RMF?
I don't remember him playing as such for a long time, and he would be wasteful playing on the flanks anyway.

I have never been impressed by his passing. Strikes me as a sloppy and turnover prone player in the mid who makes his living off of a high work rate and leadership qualities. Tough as nails and good in the tackle and air, he can hold his own in any physical battle, but will almost always lose the ball if he has it and is pressured.
