Slight update. Lowered his ACC and improved his short passing stats.

I have notes like this for so many players, but I haven't that much time to post. Hope this can help.

So suggestions are...

Positions: ★ CB, SB, DMC(defensive midfielder)

Defence: 80 > 82-83
Balance: 84 > 86-87
Response: 79 > huh + 3,4 84 is god for he's real ability
Long Pass Accuracy: 82 > 77
Long Pass Speed: 83 > 82

Mentality: 81 > 84-85 his

This is radical suggestions, but this player looks like this. Chiers!

His form should be: 6. And i think MENT wise 79/80 is enough.

And i noticed at the Dortmund game and a few others. His WFF shouldnt be 6, more like 5. When he isnt comfortable he doesnt use his left foot that much.

I start to feel that we might have overrated his passing/TW skills. Technically he is a good passer (and a good shooter too) but its all to predictable. He takes quite a bit of time to pick out the player to pass to and his short passing isnt as penetrative as for example Moisanders. Sometimes he seems insecure about what do to (he barely ever charges forward either), maybe he is really missing his Belgian buddy Vertonghen

Toby 2012/2013 is more like:
SPA: 74/75
SPS: 74
LPA: 78
LPS: 83
TEN: 78/79
TW: ~78
AGG: 68/69
Form: 5/6

On the other hand he has become pretty reliable in defense (a great game vs Pelle for example a couple of weeks ago).

Hmm, I think he is pretty strong (like he showed against Pelle), probably the strongest at Ajax, right?

agree with everything Fides said, except passing, he's not THIS average at passing, he's slightly above IMO, his LPA doesn't need to be lowered, LPS needs to be higher though, 85 perhaps, and SPA can be 77

Yes, i think so. It was more a thought really. I have him on -1 for BB, but i dont mind this number. Isnt Strootman on his level? I think Strootman has 83. I think they should be on par. Strootman maybe +1?

Imo his DEF should be 81. He has been posistioning himself very good defensivly the last couple matches.

I saw very few footage of him but he gave me the impression of a very strong player, I don't see reason to reduce his BB to be honest.

some suggestions:

LPA: 85, YES, it seems extremely high, but I have yet to see him completely screwing up a long pass, he's by far the best long passer at Ajax this season, sadly it's an un-noticed, but really stand-out aspect of his game, they are just so precise, and they have exactly the right speed, against Steaua, his long passing was immense for example, i'd probably have him even higher...

LPS: 85, as I said, his passes have exactly the right, -but a high amount of-, speed, I think the current value is a little low...

STA: 80, he doesn't need a high value, unlike Moisander for example, he's not very active, just decently active for a CB, thus I think he should not be higher than 80, which is considered a standard for CB's
TW: 80, he doesn't need so high, his communication with his teammates is average, but nothing so special to warrant him in the top ladder zone

Form: 5, he's been doing decently well this season, but he's just not a 7, he's not consistent enough for that, he often plays some under-average games...

His pass isnt un-noticed. Everybody knows its a quality of him. Thats why its yellow. His LP is pretty accurate for me a 83, but isnt always that fast i would go with 82. The other suggestions i agree. I do think his heading should go up. Has been scoring quite a few good headers this years, and always had really. Id say 83-84.

Some slight updates again. Biggest change is his lower TW (isnt connecting well with the current midfield/fellow defenders) and STA (was overrated) and form.

why is increasing header so low? I think he deserves more than 82
and why did you decrease short passes?

Well I think his short passing is nothing special (anymore?), Toby either chooses for a long ball forward to a save pass to Moisander.

His heading game is interesting. Offensively he causes some danger (but usually he scores "easy" headers), but defensively he is not so awesome IMO. If other plea for a higher rating I will alter it.
