The Youtube video link doesn't work anymore (DFL copyright...). Was it the "penalty stopping" situation?

Needs changes in position. last saison he played nearly all games as SS or WF. He played never as CMF.
So SS should be his main position.

Agility is a bit to high i would set him at 79.
Also his Mentality and Teamwork need a standardising.

Mentality: 77
Teamwork: 76

Rest is fine.

ATT / DEF ratio should be changed to 3/2. Adding Incisive Run, he often goes for goal cutting into the centre from the wings. Some other suggestions:

ATT 75 -> 78 / 79 ...clever offensive movements, great conversion rate, 25% of his efforts actually score, good eye for situations.
DEF 51 -> 55 ...also intelligent in the defense, pressurizing the opponents with good positioning, decent tackler.
DA 81 -> 82 / 83 ...not an great showman with many tricks and wow-moments but very effective dribbler that often looks for one-on-one situations.
SPS 77 -> 81 ...better long than short passer, gives the ball good speed to reach his team mate.
LPA 78 -> 74 ...sadly his crosses are pretty bad and currently much overrated imo.
SA 73 -> 78 ...fine sharp shooter, look at his 2nd goal against Schalke, both SA and ST are on a very high level with him.

ST 75 -> 78 ...on the same level as SA.

I updated him with your suggestions. Just in ST I raised it to 80. His ST is really impressive. Mainly his volley´s are really dangerous.

A good set, that could be much more unique in my eyes. he is an very interesting player.

I think his explosiveness is too close to his speed and balance here as he isnt very agile and needs some metres to get speed but he reaches a fine top speed and is quite strong in duels.

His technical abilities are quite good as soon as he controls the ball but his first touch is sometimes pretty sloppy.

And most important: His attacking intelligence is great, he have a fine instinct to make an attack dangerous. Freiburg usually tends to be a bit chaotic in their fluid attacking style but Rosenthal gives them drive and structure. I think in this point he is really exceptional.

Suggestions based on this opinions:

Attack 82, Team Work 80
TS 82, Acc 78, Agility 77, Balance 80
DA 83, DS 79, Tech 80

And Mentality is an 80 for me.

I am fine with everything except TS and TW, he isn't that fast imo and though he's hard working upfront I don't think he needs a yellow value for what he does.

dunno, he played only 2 matches out of 11 over the full 90 and he wasn't always substituted because of tactical reasons.

Signed by Eintracht Frankfurt. The current transfer market is already quite active in Bundesliga.
