I think you may have been a little harsh on this up and coming player. I'll have specific suggestions for all Nacional players after I finish watching some of their past Copa matches 8-)

EDIT: Here are all my notes on him :o
+Arismendi #8 DMF - Uru NT/Launched MS/+Bal/bicycle kick clear/power game?/+PS/-PA/-Agg/decent ment/similar to Viera/or a bit like Rever/Good def/*slide/*covering/TS80?/*CMF/DMF 8 Arismendi - questionable tech/not a great SPass/definitely playing in front of OJ Morales/def probably less than 76/mentality is decent/simple Spasses75-76range?/quality res..getting def into attack/a cool calm touch in MF/no center star/low agg/really good TS/ave Accl/DMF 8 Arismendi - solid RF LP to start counter/bullied his way into 2 people to win ball back/good ment, and decent anticipation/lost strength arial battle with Diego Souza/good defensive poke away after ave positioning starts counter/nice quick touch and then pass/a good read defensivley and 1st touch was a nice soft lead pass into space/composed/good anticipation to intercept pass/another great defensive anticipation/poor spass to end attack/covered defense in counter/better Res than Positioning...but solid positioning/TS 79-81/Acc 75-77/solid tech/*center/not great att positioning/Res 81-83/solid Spassing/another good interception/no yellow passing/DS 78/good ment/DMF 8 Arsimendi - not slow/def is probably 75 or less/very nice burst with the ball into space/LP is solid/no *center/LP has equal PS & PA..not much curl/bursted through to run after Andujar to put pressure on him/he does pick up a lot of speed once he gets going/darkness of buzz should be the lightest/res is a bit better than his 1st touch/great 1v1 take away on Brana/aggresive slide tackle card/after the card he looked to lose a bit of his motor, made a poor mf pass, then took a terrible angle...with in 62nd min/possibly better attack than morales, but definitely lower ment & Def/TS could be 82-83...considering size/can be a little clumsy in tackles/a little slow with ball at feet/Spass good pace, but a little off target/unable to dribble out of danger/really got worse as match went on/DMF 8 Arsimendi - likes to fill over on the left side/pretty fearless in air/not bad jump, and not weak/RS?/more attack minded than morales/can use LF/draws a decent amount of fouls/acc 77-78/solid RF ball into box/awesome bicycle kick attempt right at keeper/likes to attack down the side at times/after losing the ball looked a bit sluggish in the 80th min/off FK he made a run down R-Side and made Line Drive RF cross into box/morales has better TW & Ment than Arismendi/

He moved to Huddersfield!!!

Diego Arismendi is determined to grasp his opportunity to play first-team football at Huddersfield Town after confirming he is still part of Stoke City's long-term plans.

"I know Huddersfield is a big team and a very nice place - a good place to come to play football," Arismendi told the club's official website.

"I also know the manager from last year at Leeds and the way he gets his team to play football. He called me and talked to me about how the team is fighting to get up, so I have come here for the season.

"I have one more year on my contract at Stoke and the gaffer wants me there, but I am not playing and I need games - I am a young lad."

He added: "I like to mix it - when the game needs you to defend I will do, but when you need to play I will go forward - I can do it. I can also play right-back or left-back, but that is not my best position - but I can do it.

"I know there are good players in my position here because they are doing well - they are fourth in the League. I am here to fight for my place and I will wait for the gaffer to give me my chance to play in the first XI."

Vs Toluca: He played the second half only, a great match, with nice first and accurate touches, with a very good located. He came highly concentrated.

Got mixed feelings about him, he certainly looked good in the Toluca Match, but then again, when I compare his passing and technical ability to Scotti, Romero and Lembo, I feel kind of depressed  He can be "oh soo poor", I really think any of the three I mentioned up there could make a better Dmf.. as for passing and such. I need to see more, just babbling over here.

Da and Agi could be dropped from what I have seen soo far, stiff and haven't done anything that puts him soo near to Lembo ( 8-) ), low 70's for me.

Edit: Went for lower Ts and Ds Value, he is very slow (well, duh, I feel dumb lol )

Vs Cerro: Showed good BB, good in air game and great response to remove and steal balls , a little inaccurate in his passes.

Vs Danubio: Showed a solid BB again and decent RESP, was good located in midfield without much AGG. He made a good "3 fingers" long assist from midfield circle for Alonso's goal.
