Yeah, those passing stats are fairer tbh, maybe even 73 SPA. Menatality could possibly come up 1 or 2 though.

It's true. Distin in no way should have such a star. If anyone from Everton's defence is to get it, it should be Jagielka (actually, Phil Neville would be an interesting shout for the star...)

Huh, when did he get downgraded? These stats seem strange, really don't understand some of theses values. Konami were wrong in their valuations if that's what you were going for, seemingly you were...

he dominated rooney physically today... rooney's gotta be lower and jag's gotta be higher.

He played like a boss.
His positioning and his reactions (at least today) were very impressive...

I think the beers and tabs are catching up with Wazza to be honest. Was the difference that noticeable? I'm useless at picking up things like that when I'm watching United live, too concerned with swearing at the players

i think he's both slightly stronger then this as well a bit more responsive. i noticed vs southampton he made alot of great interceptions and good sharp anticipation. better then 81 at least from what i saw.

the stronger thing i'm a bit mroe sure about, you don't dominate rooney like he did at 84 bb imo.

@phil and @ stu i think i remember too that the previous set seemed alright, do you remember what it was like? intereseted in what the changes made were.

So can we just change this back to the previous set? These really don't make sense, they make him out to be only an ok defender when in reality he is a top center back. And anybody who has ever seen him play can see he has very good recovery pace so 77 top speed just doesn't make sense.

I'd up response up to an 85 personally, his reactions and anticipation of players moves is very good. Agility looks a tad low if you consider Ivanovic and Dawson to be valued correctly. I've seen him run faster than an 80 too but then again the same can be said for Kompany and he is only on an 80 as well, I guess they don't really show their true pace too often.

He doesn't really overpower players that much but he can at times get the better of players physically through aggressive play. I'm fine with 84 though it could maybe go up one, no more than that imo. Plus Heitinga is overrated on 85, he's no more than an 83, perhaps lower as he got comfortably out-muscled by Suarez on numerous occasions in the derby.

I only watched the highlights for that game so I'm not sure on that. Yeah he's definitely no more than that in my eyes, got absolutely dominated by Carlton Cole last week too who is only two points ahead of him on here (though Cole is a strong guy tbf).

Obviously replying to an old comment, but I agree with both of Phil's points here. Feel as if his agility value is a tad harsh. I'd go for a 73/74. Likewise, his response is quite under-rated imo. I'd be looking at a value of 84 here. He's almost a response=>defence style centre-back in my mind.

response is not what we used to think it was, its more bout how aggressive they are at chasing the ball etc,
