I appreciate your work in this Defrenz, but the other lists to me seem'ed bias as your's had alot of Juve' player's & Breda with Inter & for me this list here is good because it is spread around Serie A not players from only the big teams, but where is Pirlo and why only 2 Milan players, explain to me please

Well, this is a personal list, and it seems you don't notice that MY list has more Inter players than Juve ones... and my sig speaks for what I should bias. Actually I don't feel Milan is a strong team anymore (not as it used to be), even though there were some Milan players that almost made in the list (Pato, Pirlo, Flamini), I preferred others instead of them. The only one you could really complain with is Pirlo missing but I feel he's too much "only" a playmaker and doesn't move anymore to deserve the place in the all-stars (well, he does run when in form but that's not often).

Btw, I did say in the previous post of mine which pool of players i started from.

Milan arent crap theyre a good team but not as big as they should be right now, but we can just tell all the other teams about our 7 CL's & pato could go in somewhere but many people should be in but obviously cant

to me Milan can win 500 CL, but if nowadays is a bad team I think we must admit it. Real Madrid won 9 CL and I think nodoby will say they are better than nowadays Barça (only nowadays, because Real's history is miles and miles better than Barça's). Milan can be "il club più titolato al mondo" as Galliani say every time they lose ("we lost, but who cares, we are the most successful club in the world"), but IMO nowadays they are nothing special.

Just a tip: there is nothing to be ashamed if now you are a bad team. in 90s Inter & Roma were bad teams, in late 80s Juventus won nothing, there is nothing to hide if now you have hard times. All team over the world have difficulty, nobody win always

7 CL? The topic clearly states CURRENT. And I don't see Milan going very far in Serie A this season (they'll fight for the 4th place, and fight means it's unsure they'll get it). Maybe they'll do nice in CL as we know the old ones awaken all of sudden in cup matches. But considering the Milan team as it is there isn't much all-star material. Not anymore, since most of the team could have been there some years ago.

That is true (and finally, I should say), and that is exactly why there's not much all-star material in milan. Thinking of the future means you lose a little on the present

Well, there's a reason why the Scudetto will be a fight between Inter & Juve. I could believe the story of a spread out team in NT, since the strong teams are full of foreigners so you have to pick the strong players of minor teams, but since we don't look at the nationality here it's not often the case. If you think a player from a smaller team can replace one from mine, please say. But I think it's not the case (well, not that my list is perfect but I think it's pretty nice, so you won't find many players to propose).


@Ace: To me Lucio is more a Striker playing in Defence. This team needs defenders, not strikers For those there is just enough quality I'd say

Well i didnt mean teams like Bar i mean like Sampa,Genoa,Palermo,Napoli as appose to all Jue' inter milan Roma Viola (im not saying your's or anyone's list was like that) as some people would do it like that but to me i think your list is quite balanced in all honesty.

Nesta replacing Lucio, and Pirlo replacing de rossi?

On his day (when he is not injured), Nesta is one of the best readers and a master of positioning defensively.

And pirlo can spray a long ball better than a fountain sprays water, he is the heartbeat and architect of so many of the match moves.

Brezza IMO you did a good job, but I have some suggestions: exchange Criscito-Vargas, Ronaldinho-Marchisio (Ronaldinho is a forward, SS to be precise), Totti-Ibrahimovic (I believe the swedish is overall better than Totti). Plus Ranocchia, Bonucci, Cassani (removing Mexes and Juan), Montolivo (instead of Marchisio who will be in first team) in reserves.

In bext XI I believe Nesta can replace Lucio and Pato can replace Ronaldinho (putting Pato on the right and Cassano on the left), the rest is fine.
