i'm a little bit undecided between outside and middle shooting..
because he shoot very well from outside often using the outside.. when he come back from injuries we can discuss it.. fine tuning BTW!

Great to see him back :D

I took A LOT of notes on him from the Samp match:

This was his 1st full match since his serious knee injury in October.

Biggest thing I noted.....GREAT 1ST TOUCH!!! :o Seriously I would put it on par with Giovinco's. He has a silky smooth 1st touch & rarely makes a bad touch. If he doesn't have room, he is able to pop the ball over the defender. His tech combined with his response is probably his strongest ability. His technique is much better than Valdes's and his DA is slightly worse.

I support his current TW stat. He is very good at getting the ball and distributing it quickly. Combined with his tech, that should provide some good 1-touch passes ;)

Like most players, he is more agile with the ball or in attack. But I feel an 81 does not do him justice.

He seems to be pretty solid with his LF. Good crosses & a powerful LF shot. Possibly a discussion for a 6WFA.

I actually think his Short passing might be better than his LP. He has some nice crosses, but his FK passes & CK passes were not good in this match. That aspect could be rust, because I remembered them being better. If we are saying his Short passes are as slow as Del Piero's then I think we surely need to give his accuracy a bump.

Suggestion Summary:
Add DMF(there could be a debate it should be his Reg position....kind of like Liverani & Corini.
Agility: 83/84
DA: 80/81
SPA: 82/83
SPS: 79/80
Tech: 85/86(I know lo zio said he was fine in the 83 range, but I think he should be considered in the same range if not better than lavezzi, Aquilani, montolivo(all at 85))
WFA: 6

i agree with DA SPA SPS WFA...

not sure about TEC, in my mind i think around 84 but it's not clear :P i higly doubt that his touch is as SILKY as giovinco's (not talking about quality here) ;)

AGI too seems right, but not sure there too :)

I have never really noticed the level of Cigarini until the Samp match. I'd definitely route for people to watch for this. IMO his touches need to be this good in the midfield because he often is getting pressured right as the ball is reaching him.

Plus we all know that Giovinco will likely be raised in Agility and Technique once he has proved himself a bit more ;)

I know he isn't the strongest but he puts power into his tackles, I don't want it to high but it could be 1 or 2 points higher.

Yes, he is. Is Marchisio that atm is underrated, but he's going to be updated in many aspects ;)

i'm not sure he's "better"... i think they have more or less the same potential but Cigarini's a DMF playmaker, Marchisio's an all-around CMF ;)

completely agree, cigarini is the next Pirlo, Marchisio is more like Lampard.
They both have great ballistic and technical skills, but plays in a completely different way.. i thinking about a midfield line with Sissoko Marchisio Cigarini behind Diego :o

Won't work as Juventus don't have the topclass sidebacks to manage defending as well as keeping the field wide. Especially on the left.
Buon compleanno, il pibe d'oro.
