35 headed clearances for him this month ,also his only goal in Seria a is with head ,so i think HEA is better than 77,but i'm not too sure cause aren't other videos for him on youtube .

Take into account that Header is EXCLUSIVELY as for offensive headers (i.e. towards goal), and not when defending.
I like this set really for this great prospect, but I feel Ball Control is even slightly better than this; it's something we must keep an eye of.

Aha,ok so only defenders who scores a lot of headers like Ramos,Vidic or Dante can have a high value for HEA .

Ain't necessarily so, but at least you've got the idea.
For example Hangeland doesn't score tons of goals, but usually he's quite close to score and tends to hit the bar often, yet he still has a reasonable Header value.

I think Mustafi is really competent in the air, and he should have better jump than 84.

For example, according to Squawka, Mustafi won 65% of the air duels he was involved in during the 2013/2014 Serie A. Compare this with Bonucci (54% wonm 86 jump), Cana (65%, 86 jump) or Caceres (49%, 86 jump). I think its more than reasonable to think he deserves at least an 86 in jump.

What do you guys think?

Forget statistics and wait until you see the real thing on a football pitch.

I can't believe we let this guy go for free  It's only been a couple of years since Everton released him and he's already become a world cup winner and earned himself a transfer to a team like Valencia. For quite a decent fee for a CB too.

He is the best Sprinter for Germany based on physical tests , no-one is faster than him on the NT .

I've updated him with the small changes I gave him on his classic set. It's non-sense to update his speed and so, if he never takes advantage of it in his game style. Even De Rossi, X. Alonso, Pirlo.. can do fast runs but they're 90% of the time not fast.

They can run , but they can not run FAST , that's the difference , please don't compare alonso , pirlo with Mustafi :D .

Mustafi is the fastest player on the NT , so if You have Ozil against Mustafi ? Who do You think will get the ball faster ? Based on PSD Ozil will leave Mustafi too far behind , and that's not true .

We do not rate players according to physical tests or training routines. We rate players according to what they do in football matches.

As i see that's not True , Miłosz Przybecki has 96 jump , please show me the videos where he showed that jump value ?

You rated him based on the physical tests .

And this thread can tell fine what I'm saying :

I'm not a mod of the polish league so I have no idea what criteria was used to rate that guy. What I can tell you is: don't try to make suggestions around here based on physical tests or things players do at training, because you will be ignored. We don't even care much about statistics, they can be helpful but also misleading sometimes, and hardly show the whole picture.

But You said :
We do not rate players according to physical tests or training routines .

And You didn't say :
I do not rate players according to physical tests or training routines .

So You're wrong at this case .

Oh well, you're entering in some serious discussion here.. PSD policy say WE don't rate players according to physical tests, this is a fact. If anyone does, he's wrong, or he alternatively has to prove that those physical tests are reliable for actual football matches too. I've never seen Mustafi taking a run in real life, it's not part of his style, and no one ever asked him to do it I guess. So it's like asking how's Del Piero's Goal Keeper Skills after he blocked some penalties on tranining, how can I base my rating on that, and how's even relevant to know it? :)

Ok , I have posted facts when your staff has rated players based on Physical Tests .
Is this against your Rules ?
If yes , then I'm right in this case , I'm even right to say that Mustafi needs a raise on TS too .
