Phil wrote:He probably uses his body better than any other player in world football tbh, constantly backing into defenders and being really combative so I would agree with a raise in BB. I also personally think he is just as dangerous as he was for Liverpool, just a little bit of a different tactical role and less burden of responsibility. At Barca I find him more efficient, gives the ball away less, dribbles less also but its always purposeful, and I think his passing has improved a little and has turned absolutely ice cold in front of goal (comfortably red ST also imo).

For Liverpool I always felt his passing was a bit sporadic, playing insane passes one minute and then messing up badly on the next. With Barca he seems a bit more restricted in what passes he makes, but he has become more efficient. Could see him on 85/86 SPA. Although I personally feel his LPA is above his SPA so this could be 86/87. Although he is playing a bit more as an out and out striker now, he plays fucking audaciously good chip passes on a regular basis when he drifts wide.

I do find it hard not to overrate Suarez though because the guy is just unbelievable, probably the striker I've seen since Ronaldo.

Thats it, perfect! Really think he should be on 98 att, fucking insane dangerous.

Much better,he really is a genius attacker,he does deserves 98in Atk, i imagine the fact he would be a point away from Messi is a reason not to give it to him, which is fair,if Messi could be at 102-103 it would work, what color would 100s be ;) ?

WHY. WHY did you changed almost everything except his shot technique. I saw you changed it to 95 but brought it back to 94 a few seconds later. Seriously though, we are SCREAMING for red ST for months now, why wouldn't you just update it?

No problem. :D
I agree with the 95 ST though, but it's more of a cosmetic change.

4 goals and 3 assists against Deportivo.

Opta:
7 - Luis Suárez is the first player to have a hand in 7 goals in a La Liga game on 21st Century (4 goals, 3 assists). Predatory.

He is just one goal behind Cristiano Ronaldo now in La Liga, he already scored 49 goals this season.

Only Messi and Ronaldo have done that before in Spain.

if you look at his assists as well, he has to be the best overall player of La Liga and perhaps world.

Why? I mean everyone needs 99, but why does he deserve 99 in SA? I don't think hes @ level of RvN or Ronaldo. His positioning is great though.

I think it is really, really important to distinguish how well he can still run on the ball, as this was one of his main threats in liverpool, but it's basically non-existent at barcelona. Sure the playstyle doesn't allow as much for it, but with his current value, hes still very much so great at beating people and dribbling well on the ball. And I think that is not the reality at all anymore. So I'd implore people who have the time, or are interested to help determine if this is the case by watching his vs vids and linking the times when hes run with the ball, if you can.

Actually he almost never runs with the ball. Considering that, you'll think he deserves way lower DS, but he actually does some really good cuts, he's pretty much unpredictable when he's on the ball... I don't know it that means he deserves 82 DS though.

I think I went a bit overboard on the passing suggestions, considering he does have 97 attack, I think I was comparing him to Neymar who I see as being a tad bit lower than Suarez. I do think his LPA might be a little better than his SPA, with maybe even lower LPS though. Could arguably be higher mentality too, he has a great drive and his only weakness is that he can get a little frustrated and of course the obvious incidents in the past lol, but he is a fighter for sure. He reminds me a lot of Tevez in his prime in terms of how busy he is on the pitch whether pressing or running in behind the defence, the guy is constantly moving, probably my favourite player to watch tbh.
