VIDEOS:

DESCRIPTION:
Jeffrén Isaac Suárez Bermúdez (born 20 January 1988 in Venezuela) is a Spanish winger, currently playing for FC Barcelona.
He made his debut with the first team against CF Badalona in Copa del Rey 2006–07 second-leg, substitute Javier Saviola in 83 min.
He was part of the Spanish squad that won the 2006 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship playing 8 matches and scoring 3 goals.
He was called by former Venezuelan National team Richard Páez for the Copa América 2007 but Jeffrén declined expressing that it was too soon to choose whether to play with Venezuela or Spain.

During the 2007–08 season he played for the FC Barcelona Atlètic playing 21 matches and scoring 6 goals helping the team return from the Tercera División to the Segunda División B.
Josep Guardiola called Jeffrén for FC Barcelona's pre-season 2008–09 where he played all 7 matches and scoring 2 goals against ACF Fiorentina and Red Bull New York.
On the 6th of February 2009, Jeffrén received a call up for the Spanish U-21 team, for which he is eligible under FIFA nationality rules.
He also debut in the league match against RCD Mallorca on May 17, 2009, a match that Barcelona lost 2–1.

Remembered me Quaresma running with the ball. Pacey, dribbler and tricker. Maybe will be called up to first team this season (09-10).

Updated. Nice goal today against Belarus, he did well this EURO U-21; I hope he's going to find a good team where he can play decisive matches as starter.

Played good against Olhanense. He showe some nice dribbles, and good balance. He battled himself well against big opponents. Going to watch more ofcourse but it feels like he deserves slightly higher balance maybe 78/79. I will make a proper suggestion when i see more of him. Also he didn't seem as selffish as 75 may suggest, but also at this point i will watch more before i make a suggestion.

I feel confortable with the current balance and nice agility, but it's true he's thought for his body shape. About TW, it's true we were a bit harsh with him, he displayed high greens at the end of the season and the past EURO U-21, not sure if he reached the 80, but his value isn't so far from it.

I was in the stadion when he returned from his injury. Sporting played Nacional for the cup. And i have to say, he probably has one of the best leaps in the squad. I am going to wait untill he plays more, but im sure his jump is in the yellow zone.

Doesnt deserve the AGI, TS and ACC he had anymore. Probably because of his injuries. But he isnt lightning fast anymore.

I can't find anything about him going to Espanyol. Just articles about how he might go on loan. Spanish or Portuguese speakers can you help ?

Haven't seen anything neither. But since they've signed Torje and Pizzi I'd say negotiations have ended.

He is Free-Agent since leaving _cyp AEK Larnaca in the Summer after a 6-month spell there, having signed on January from Grasshoppers on a Free-Transfer.
I haven't watched that much of him last Season, but it is quite evident that his Speed-Stats are currently not as great as they used to be, especially Acceleration, Agility and Dribble-Speed that need downgrades.
I can remember him playing in many different positions for AEK Larnaca...as a Winger in a 3-4-3 or a Secondary-Striker and Attacking-Midfielder in a 3-5-2, or even as a Wing-Back in some instances, mainly on the Right I think. All in all, he hasn't been one of the best AEK Larnaca's players of last Season, but he turned out to be a decent squad-rotational option nevertheless.
The only thing that maybe needs upgrade in his Set is Body-Balance by a couple of points. The rest probably need small downgrades, and Acceleration, Agility and Dribble-Speed bigger downgrades.
