What's this? Are you trying to say that the squad in first post is not updated to 2010/11?
First of all, it's disrespectful to post a full-23-men team when you are suggesting only two change (you did the same for Belgium and I deleted that post), but it's A LOT disrespectful to post it 8 days after I did an update to a team that I'm following at every match (same for Belgium) simply because I'm trying to keep this thread as updated as possible. So next time use words and try to explain why you are suggesting to replace Carrasso for Payet and Abidal for Nasri, because honestly I can't find a valid reason, really.
And the formation is simply wrong, since Blanc prefer to play with only a striker.
Last thing, instead of post a new message 9 minutes after the first one, use the Edit button.

try this
http://www.football-lineups.com/

Euro Qualifying 2012 - 4 matches

1) vs Belarus (4-4-2) with 2 FW's: Hoarau + Remy (Valbuena)
2) vs Bosnia 4-5-1
3) vs Romania 4-2-3-1
4) vs Luxembourg 4-1-3-2 with 2 FW's Hoarau (Remy) + Benzema (Payet)

I chose formation from last match =)

"why you are suggesting to replace Carrasso for Payet and Abidal for Nasri" - Carrasso and Abidal don't playing in this matches

Payet - played in 2 matches (vs Romania and vs Luxembourg)
Nasri - played in last match

sorry for my English)

I often use that website as reference ;) About your swaps, (almost) every NT in this website has 3 goalkeepers and Carrasso was always called by Blanc so he must be here (it's not his fault if he didn't played, he's the 3rd choice so he will hardly play); Abidal was back in last two matches and he seems to be the new first or second choice as LB. Plus in your roster you put only 2 GK, only 6 defenders, but 8 midfielders and 7 forwards...you can understand that there are too many forwards. Anyway, to be even more simple, Payet isn't still a regular player of this NT, and Nasri was called too few times to be added (there are players that deserve more than him to be in the list). About the formation, Blanc doesn't have a precise idea but he played more match with ZorB's formation (or slighty similar) so I think ZorB's formation is good for now. And last thing, also friendlied must be considered to select players, you considered only UEFA matches ;) . I hope this post can help you to understand how I and other users creare NTs :)

New call-ups:
GK: Cédric Carrasso (Girondins de Bordeaux), Hugo Lloris (Olympique Lyonnais), Steve Mandanda (Olympique de Marseille)

DF: Gaël Clichy (Arsenal), Patrice Evra (Manchester United), Laurent Koscielny (Arsenal, ANG), Philippe Mexès (Roma), Adil Rami (Lille), Anthony Réveillère (Olympique Lyonnais), Bacary Sagna (Arsenal), Mamadou Sakho (Paris Saint-Germain)

MF: Abou Diaby (Arsenal), Alou Diarra (Girondins de Bordeaux), Yoann Gourcuff (Olympique Lyonnais), Yann M'Vila (Stade Rennais), Florent Malouda (Chelsea), Samir Nasri (Arsenal)

FW: Karim Benzema (Real Madrid), Kevin Gameiro (FC Lorient), Guillaume Hoarau (Paris Saint-Germain), Jérémy Ménez (Roma), Loïc Rémy (Olympique de Marseille), Franck Ribéry (Bayern Munich)

Abidal is obviously out. Evra and Ribery are back. Maybe Trémoulinas and Lassana Diarra can be removed from first post but I'm unsure about his replacement.

Well the DMF are Diarra and Mvila, Nasri was also playing in the first team before his injury.
