all suggestions are welcome, i literally don't know anything about this player except what I could see from youtube, tried to highlight some areas that seemed strong for him, but some extra input is more than welcome for him

I took it from their website

Probably some error there, in the description of barça site they say his correct age:
"Jean-Clair Todibo was born in Cayenne, the capital of French Guiana in South America, on 30 December 1999. The Frenchman played for the FC Les Lilas club at the youth level before joining Toulouse FC in 2016. In total he made 10 appearances for the French club all of them in the starting XI and scored one goal. Furthermore, the Frenchman is excellent at bringing the ball out from the back and is also outstanding in the air."
All other sources say that was 1999 too.

Video of his game against Inter.
Everyone knew it was impossible. Then came along a fool who didn't know it, and he did it.

His RES looks yellow, something like 82 and his DS is pretty decent as well for a CB.

He was having a good game, with good anticipations and nice timing, but then he made this awful mistake:

Spoiler: show

Who cost Schalke the game but also him to be subbed. Then his performance was a bit worse. Honestly he is a good CB but now he is a team that mentality has a lot of issues these last games.

tbh since he joined Schalke I've watched all games except 1 in which he played, he consistently performed, was great in possession, very strong in reading of the game, aerial duels, tackles, positioning still need bit of work, but that whole Schalke team is a complete mess.

That mistake that happened is a typical mistake many ball playing CBs and even controlling midfielders experience, more often than not it results after being bit too calm on the ball under pressure, for instance Pique or Busquets, they have done that way too many times to count.

Todibo is great on ball, is very fluid in his dribbles and ball controls, can pass and is willing to take risky passes, can carry the ball from the back or pass it, he is exciting prospect that needs to be guided by a good coach and strong CB partnership, experience will help him a lot.

I still have no idea why exactly are Barca "shipping" him, but if he ends up in a team like Leipzig instead of Upamecano, he could grow a ton, unfortunately Schalke provides nothing atm and I have no clue why is that happening, same thing can be applied to Miranda, who's a really decent left back, but barely plays.

Schalke changed after quarantine. They were in UCL spots the first like 10 matches? and now they're struggling, but like I said, is mostly a mentality issue, not quality. I believe Bundesliga is the perfect league for him to develop and then be ready for a top club. If he stays in Schalke him and Kabak could become a great CB partnership with time.
