He was the leader in passing some of the Brazilian championship in 2011. The runner-up was Juninho (Vasco). Juninho has SPA 85, I think Leo Moura could receive a yellow value, and increase your TW too!

I gave him an update, based on last Squall suggestions and the values that I have in my op, unfortunately Léo Moura is in a decrease in his career, a small decrease still remain a lot of his peak though he lose some physical, I hope that Vanderlei Luxenburgo start to use him as SMF this season.
Some small explanations for the values that I update:
DEF:
One of the worst in position defensive, he can't be in pair with Marcelo (R. Madrid.), generally he just can defend do his speed.
RES:
HIs tackles are bad timed and he doesn’t need a high RES to attack due his, Reaction card and high ATK.
DA:
His control is fantastic, probably the best dribbler between the SB in Brazil, he don't use much AGI as before he beat players more with a smart move and superb control, look when is slow down to beat a player his control simple go to pure 85, tough he don't show this same control at speeds.
Passing:
SPA in pair with D. Alves and LPA better than R. Carlos one and a lower value in LPS he don't do cross fasts as Mariano or Fagner.
AGG:
He doesn’t bomb the right side like before probably an 87 is better.
TW:
Not much to say 2 points behind D. Alves.

Are you sure mate? From what I saw of him in this copa libertadroes hes been attacking non stop even look like a SMF, but I dont know how he plays in brazil.

I don't know what happened to him, he was a shit last year but on those first games of the season he is just flying, does anyone knows with he broke up with Perla
, I heard a guy saying that he is returning to playing like in 2009~2008 because he is not going out with her.

Yep, hes just like that in Brazil.
A very good player, but tends to leave gaps in defense, and Flamengo currently dont have in the squad a dmf capable of safely covering for him.

This guy is great, typicall brazilian sideback who is super offensive and not very good defending.

The other day I saw a match of him playing for Goa.
I honestly don't think that he deserves this attack 78 or this aggression 90, stamina 87 and stuff.
Overall it's a set that needs to downgrades of several things.
In the future I will make the necessary adjustments.
