The point is that I haven't seen more than five matches of Valladolid this season, enough to know he is better than that, but I'm not to sure of how should he be updated. Maybe 87-89 in RES and 86 in GS. Defense could be improved also to 83, and a little raising in balance to 83. However I repeat that I haven't seen enough of him to know exactly which fits him best.

Sure that we can see more of him the last year... seems that he will be on Atlético de Madrid to replace Coupet and Leo Franco.

So:

Defence: 83
Response: 88
Keeper Skills: 86

I'm agree with these updates, but I'm not sure about the raise of his BB. IMO it's the best young keeper of Spain actually.

It's true, he need a global update, not only the key stats for a keeper, but for me his positioning it's so good, so I preefer to put him in 83 more than 82.
His response it's amazing, I think it's one point over Moyà, Pinto or Villar that is his sub, 88 it's the best value for him.
Agree with passing stats, mentality and TW, but GKS... I'm thinking for a while and I'd think that 86 it's a bit high, 85 puts him on pair with Valdés, so I see fine your suggestion tu put him in the 84.

88 for res may be ok for now (i think we will all see that he's better than that next year), but...

...84 for gks is not enough, that would mean he's just one point better than for example stojkovic (and in game - playing with him is nearly like playing without any keeper at all). and valdes is not that good in this area, so i think asenjo could be at least on the same level...

I don't know how happen with him, the last summer seems that him has a bright future ahead of him and this season some incredible mistakes and finally a hard injury, cut in a radical way his progression. A shame.

I believe that the correct thing would be to close the thread until it recovers of his injury ;)

One of the worst keepers that I've seen in Atletico, and that's a lot to say. He led us almost alone to relegation, and only after he was replaced with De Gea could Atletico win a match. Particularly I woul decrease the defence and the KS, because he may been responseful (though not at 87), but he was usually bad placed, and rarely catched even the simplest ball, as he preferred to do stupid impressive "palomitas" just to show off. The ball would often fall to the feet of the nearest striker, and the team conceaded another goal.

And he must have the lowest aggression I've ever seen in a keeper, he wouldn't go out even for easy balls, resulting in stupid goals.

So:
Defence: 81
Response: 85
Keeper Skills: 80

I prefer to wait a bit his performances in Málaga, I can't understand why he seems to be one of the best spanish keepers in Valladolid and when he moves to Manzanares' border, he become and awful keeper. But if he continues in this line, I'm sure that we're going to use your tweaks, Agüero.

IMO except the first goal that is a far FK, but touches on the head of a defence and poisons the curl of the ball, he can't do nothing on the 3 goals.

Poor Asenjo. I hope he doesn't end up as third keeper on any team. I think his problems are on his head, not on his hands / legs.
