What a shame to see Mourinho's invincible record broke by Sporting Gijon :( ...

José Mourinho use 4-2-3-1

Casillas (GK)

Sergio Ramos (RB) - Pepe (RCB) - Ricardo Carvalho (LCB) - Marcelo (LB)

Khedira (DMF) - Xabi Alonso (DMF)

Angel di María (RWF) - Mesut Özil (AMF) - Ronaldo (LWF)

Benzema / Higuain (CF)

He's a SS. And Khedira Is above Xabi In a more box to box job without being exactly a box to box player on his RM role.

That mean he is a CMF in DMF position?
(I'm just confusing )

Also,I don't think Di Maria is a WF in Mourinho's formation
Cause I can see him going back a lot and Help S.Ramos

Lastly,I am a bit confuse of Xabi's Position,is he a DMF in RM?

Yeah, kind of. Can be confusing due to his role, but I think he's definitelly a CMF.

Xabi Is a DM, yes, and di María Is put as SMF In the main post formation and that way he'll do what you said more efficiently: Tracking back.

Oh,I also forget the First Post :(
Just wanna ask one more question ,
What role is Xabi while RM is Attacking and Defending ?_?
And also what will he do when RM is Transferring from ATK to DEF OR DEF to ATK

(Doing lot of pinpoint pass while Attacking? OR He is controlling the Rhythm for RM? )

Thank you for answering my stupid question and you really help me a lot :)

Xabi Is more like a transition part in Real Madrid game. You'll see he prefers the long play so he doesn't have to move that much. When Xabi joins the attack he usually comes from the middle and do a far shoot. You'll rarely ever see him up in the box, except for counted with your hands' fingers times and when he takes corners.

Oh, he doesn't take part on ATK a lot ...
And what he does is trying to pass the ball to the front
(Can I say it as Directing and balancing RM's ATK ?)

Then What about Defending?
What will he do?

What will he do in order to cover the back line ?

Yes Xabi somehow brings the balance to the midfield, the defense and the attack, being the link between all of them and the alternative when there seems to be no space. About defending, I don't know what you mean. Right now he's got Covering, he'll stay back and cover the spots left by players like Marcelo, Carvalho at times and Ramos. If he ever moves he'll rapidly (Well, he's slow, but you get me) get back to position.

Wow, you are just awesome ,
even though my question is not that clear ,
you can still answer my question :D

Would you like to put an alternative formation for RM ?
(I mean the 4-2-3-1 Formation)

Anyway,
Thank you for helping me

We usually only put the main and most used formation of each team. You know, there are teams that have even more than two but It's a a matter of making things as easy and as effective as possible. If we post two In Madrid's we would have to do so In every other team, and most of the times Is not that neccesary :)

OH,I almost forget this important point

BTW,It seems that you are a Big Fans of RM =]

What do you think of Ozil ?
I think he has a relatively free role on the field and the main duty of his role is to lead the counter attack for the team.

But I wanna know more about how he move when the team is Attacking while he doesn't have the ball,
will he go to the strong side to help his teammate OR
he will prefer to stay a bit far from his teammate in order to create space for his teammate?

OK,Then
That's the formation I'm talking about

Image

GK: Casillas ( Captain )

LB: Marcelo
LCB: R. Carvalho
RCB: Pepe
RB: S. Ramos

DMF: Xabi Alonso
CMF: Khedira
RMF: Di Maria
AMF: Ozil

SS: C. Ronaldo
CF: Higuain

Can this formation be the first post?
I think it reflects RM's strategy quite well.

Thank you for your support, but even though this formation seem very good ,
I am still a bit confused with the Arrow of Ronaldo, Ozil and Di Maria
(As I know PES2011 don't have Arrow at all  )

Maybe Ozil's arrow can be removed , and change his defensive mind from low to medium .
Personally , I am doubt about Ronaldo's position ,I always ask myself whether Ronaldo is a SS in Mourinho's formation or not
I found out that he will act like Reality if I change his Position from SS to CF

(Have you ever seen a CF playing on the side  )
But for me , it really work!!!

(Maybe it is because he will cut into the middle when He is a CF,
Also , when we use him as a CF,he will not defend so much, that's what I see in Real Life :D )
