He retired because of heart problems.

Something is going wrong in Spain. Why 4 players with heart problems in a couple of years? Is it a problem of spanish medicals who aren't capable of make reliable tests?

He has a problem on his heart and doctors recomended him to stop all the physical work... he is out of football for an undefined time.

Damn, Sergio Sanchez has really started to develop over the last two seasons and I've been very impressed. What's more alarming is that we have another case of a Spanish footballer with a heart condition, what's going on there?

Dude he's been out for months and since the day of his return Manzano has made him play and he has done two wonderful matches. Really impressive. His last Copa match was absolutely great and today against Levante he's bossing the defence playing as CB and doing a great job.
