Team Work should be a bit lower imo. He dribbles too much. Shot accuracy can be a little higher and I think he defenitlly deserve middle shooting

I'm going to make a statement and say his DA and Technique could be higher. :geek:

A mentality like this will make him a lazy player, which he isnt in my opinion (he stays an annoying bastard though).

It's difficult to rate him in this aspect due to the several effects of some stats. Upping his Defence will mean he's better at defending but he will also track back more. Though he does track back from time to time, he sucks ass at defending and generally always makes a foul to stop his opponent. Increasing his Mentality will also make him track back more but he won't give up soon either, which is something Afellay is known for. When the going gets though, Afellay stops producing. He's a very fickle player in that aspect.

SA is underrated mayde 79/80
SP is a bit overrated, i think 80/81
his teamwork is also a bit overrated
and mayde special ability outside of the boot
the rest I agree with you ;)

Disagree with your opinion of SA and SP, i think Ibi can shoot quite hard so i think his SP is good like what is it but his SP isn't that good because if he shoots the ball usually misses target

Yeah agility can come down a bit. I feel even Suarez is more twisty and turny that this guy.
And I would agree with giving him MS* but keep his SA at 73

SPA: I believe this can go down to 80 and SPS at 82 it's more the strength of his passes than his accuracy.

Long Passing: As i mentioned above the same story counts for his long passes.

Updated 1st post with new set stats and suggestions ;)
Altough i'm not sure about the passing suggestion can someone verify this?
Thanks.

EDIT: I overlooked something again his shot power, do you really think that he deserves an 85, i was thinking more of an 82/83

Great talent, that doesnt comes out.....
Nice player but not great, also not good ennough for the dutch squad i think.
Good technique, but he slows down play, he is too much in love with the ball.
Doesnt score ennough, not that much assists, but a nice to watch player.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Shouldnt we get rid of the SM? He is always playing in the centre of the pitch.

today he starts on the left wing against mexico ;)

Physically he is also better then 75 nowadays. I would say BB: 78 would fit him better.

Boy oh boy was he good yesterday against Sweden. His first 2 goals for Holland and 1 assist. :D
I beginning to think I'd prefer him above Kuyt in the first 11. Him on the left side and Robben on the right. Huntelaar btw must stay as CF.
Afellay probably will be leaving next summer for a foreign big club. Aweful shame PSV will then get nothing for him, because he will be transferfree... :(

Atlético Is after him. Maybe not even in summer, as they want him on winter already. Impressive match of him, they're displaying the whole match again on TV and I'm really enjoying him.

Don't believe press. If we're over press Real have bought Villa, Iniesta and Eto'o already. Atlético, Inter, Chelsea and United seem to be over him, so wait a bit until It gets official.

I've read it too in different papers, including Voetbal International who are pretty reliable. PSV people seem to be confirming it too. So the rumors are true I guess!

It sure whould be great though if Afellay is going to Barca! Great deal for him and for Barco too, but I hope he will get a lot of play time it it happens and not stay as a substitute.

Also great for PSV that they still are receiving a sum for him. After all, it was PSV who trained him since 1996! It would be more than fair that they receive something for him. I always hate it when a big player leaves a club transferfree after that club made him a great player.
