Nice he´s back at Paraguay, a shame isn´t Olimpia. I leave you some notes from Copa América:
BC: He has showed some problems when I got pressure, seems low green.
EP: some robotic movements, not worthy of greens, more like 72-73. His ACC looked a bit worst, definetely his TS is ok at 78 and is better than ACC.
ATT: he didn´t showed green in all Copa América, I saw him under Aranda and above Molinas.
RESP, BB and STA needs some little tweaks to decrease, sourprise me when he lost one by one BB with Carrillo (Peruvian).

This set needs a downgrade in almost everything I'd like to watch more games of him, now that he's back to our country but he's not even a shadow from the Richard Ortiz that made a huge Libertadores 2013

I'd like to give my thoughts on this set which is pretty much overrated and old standards
Well first He has changed a lot his playstile after those hard injuries in the best moment of his career (Copa Libertadores 2013)
We could keep his physical abilities such as KP, BB, STA
He's the DEF--->ATT player he plays as DMF and at times per match as some kind of SW in the middle of both CB'S
Downgrade in accuracy of both passes long and short, he hasnt showed those qualities since a long time, hes now more playing safe giving that role of making hard passes to Richard Sánchez
Increase in header and jump that's like his best virtue (Will post some videos later)
Tweaks in DA, DS, AGI to represent his slow moves
Summarizing:
ATT: 75 --> 71
DEF: 67--> 74
STA: 85--> 82
Top Speed 78--> 74
DA 79--> 75
SPA 81--> 78
LPA 83-->80
SA 72--> 70
KP 85-->83
Header 76-->80
Jump 79--> 82
BC 78-->75
In Olimpia he plays as a pure DMF, Osorio has used him on NT as LB

Yep, he is indeed a deep sitting DMF, like a P04 – Anchor Man[1], a bit like Busquets. I dont see him as a SW at all, he just goes to the defensive line to cover some space or more often to receive passes from the CBs, but he is not static, participates considerably in attack. So yeah, he is now much more defensive minded. Also I dont think he will play as SM never again, he is so slow for it.

About long pass, for me he is LPS>LPA, he delivers some balls from deep positions, did'nt make it bad at my eyes so far, although he does'nt try it so often because the team playstyle is to make grounded passes, if convenient.

It's also incredible the ease he scores in his NT, like here (showing some ST) and this crazy middleshot, and he only shot 1 time so far and both matches.

His advantage in heading it's notable too, he isnt really tall, often he make agressive runs to the area in corners and somehow gets to head the ball, that is style that I dont really know how to replicate with stats, maybe there is a card for it.

Updated. Well done @reydecopas and @Fabrix199!
It helps me you do this with Paraguayan players to update. I´m creating Camacho and some more.
I would like you give your thoughts about Otálvaro set.

Thanks! I will take care of Otalvaro and Camacho sets, they were my first sets and I can see now some mistakes I did then. I rushed also, I think both are close pretty close to what it should be, but need to elaborate a bit more.

Great match versus Godoy Cruz, a real fighter. Watch out for the third player to toch the ball, the lefty '6' near the vertex of the area he was the axis.
