JUMP needs to go up.
Low yellows probably.
He's a great threat in set pieces and his jump looks plain higher than the current value.
I would go for 83.

surprised no one has mentioned his performances this season, he's been by far the best CB in the league until this point in the season.

He's already a good player and even better as a future England NT prospect.
However there's something he must get conscious about in order to improve, and that's his long ball distribution.
He tends to abuse of the long balls, even when he has a low successful long ball ratio.
That's one of the main reasons Cardiff struggle to make an effective possesion of the ball in almost every game.

He should be at least on par with Skrtel on header. Also maybe tenacity can go up a little as well.

I'm not that convinced about his current passing stats.
He still messes too much with long balls. He showed those erratic displays for both Cardiff and QPR.
LPA could be even slightly lower, very low 70s at best.
LPS must be closer to high greens or low yellows though; he puts great pace on his long balls on a consistant basis. Pinpoint Pass could be optional as well, even when his long passing ratio is rather low.

There are, at least, two reasons as for his rather secondary role at Southampton. First of all, the CB partnership of Fonte and Van Dijk is the most stable choice for Koeman. Caulker is not that a reliable defender atm. Even when he has conditions to play in Premier League, his drawbacks are really a turn off to let him play as a starter.

First of all, he makes his side lose posession easily due to his tendency to send long balls, even when he sucks on it. As I said in a previous post, he shows nice LPS most of the time, but then the ball is lost because his LPA is really pitiful. Honestly, if I was his manager or trainer, I'd suggest him to stop delivering long balls that often because it just becomes a waste of posession. And well, his Form has been shameful since his spells at Cardiff and QPR. Form should be around 3 or 4.

Safe bet to assume he isn’t this anymore since he wasn’t for his last few years in the Premier League and Championship.
