83 looks to be a low value for his mentality.He's always knowed of his lack of skill, but his mentality is his main weapon (I mean BAL + MEN + TW)

I would go for 85-86 or even higher for his mentality.

And he's a vocal player, likes to help another mates on the field when it comes to positioning.Maybe 82 for this aspect

Great fighter, his DEF, BB, STA, MENT are absolutely all-right, also as his off/tech skills (maybe only TECH should be decreased by one point, from 76 to 75). But I see him exaggerated in speed skills. He can reach good TS, but I will not give him more than 77 here. And in the ACC he really isn't good, I would gave him 74, even 72 or 73 isn't wrong number. And AGI... my good, this is really hard for him - to turn quick! 73 as max, I suggest 72. And to complete update, I suggest CURL 68, don't see why he needs more than this.

Less TS and ACC would be good as well as an AGI decrease, Update them, but his technical skills are IMO underrated, his ATK and DA should be higher. Not sure about Anchor Man either, Edinho is having a good freedom to play on Fluminense, he is going to attack far more than Ralf for example.
Any opinion on his DEF and RES, I have him with DEF 78 and RES 82, but I'm not sure his DEF seems to be vanishing as his physical stats too, he don't look so tireless anymore, but he can keep going thanks to his Mentality, that IMO isn’t better than Fred one.
Not sure about his passing stats btw.

He is playing really good as CB, when he needs to play in there, summarizing:
ATK: 65~66
DA: 76~77
RES: 82
DEF: 78?

Agree that ATK should be raised, he understands quite good offensive movements, does good passes forward. 65 and 66 - both good numbers for him.
Not sure about raising of RES, in defense he sometimes shows great RES, like 83, but in offense in receiving the balls he's sometimes a bit slow, like 79. So, I think, current number is ok.
DEF: no more than 77.
DA. It is difficult - judge Edinho's technical skills. For example, sometimes he does bad passes in not hard situations and after this can do some really good passes forward. Because of this I think his current passing stats should stay. The same about DA. Sometimes he holds the ball really well, like 77, and sometimes looks like he can't hold the ball for nothing. But because we decreased his speed, acc and agi skills, we should raise a bit his DA for make his control real. I think DA 75, no more.
