Very good stats spinaL, very good stats, but I think I'd have his Defence on an 84, his positioning is oh so solid, as is his consistency, he's easily Utrecht's best player imo.

I think a certain Dries Mertens likes to think differently.

Pity I can't speak Dutch eyy? For All I know he's saying he's better than VDS, what do you think though, I'd rate him as one of the better goalies in the league.

He meant: skip the first minute and a half of that vid to watch the highlights of the Utrecht-VVV match to the impressive performance by Mertens :P

Honda's shot was unstoppable! But, all goalkeepers have off days. As for Mertens, yes he's good, but comparing a winger to a goalie is like comparing a CF to a CB, one is always going to look more "flash" than th other.

That's true and Vorm is a solid goalkeeper. I never said he was a very bad player either and didn't show that video to show he didn't get Honda's shot.

Vorm is a very capable goalkeeper and good enough for a team like Utrecht to compete with in a higher radius than they normal do, especially with the re-inforced lines throughout the pitch. But he's not like Stekelenburg or Romero (he's out of form lately) in a way that he can drive his team to a clean sheet all by himself.

Very good player for Utrecht but Mertens is quite clearly the key to their latest succes in the league. He's their "Talisman", as to express myself in PES 2010 words.

Do you guys really think that Vorm has the same response as Rui Patricio?

imo he doesn't. I agree with Paddy that he is one of the best goalies in Holland. But then again.. it's not raining talents in Holland goalkeeping wise. (I mean even Ten Rouwelaar got selected when Steklenburg was injured now :? )

I think that 84 would be enough for Vorm, he sometimes shows good reflexes, but not that often to earn 86 imo.

Well he is a class keeper. The only downside is his length.

I think he deserves Penalty Stopper/Saver. I just found this vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ln2PbDM ... re=related) and apperently he saved a lot of penalties. And I see just stopped a penalty with Swansea too.

his response is certainly better than 86.also his agility.he is such a small guy as a goal keeper but his agility really helps him to extend his moves.

Yeah his RES can go up for sure, was evident in his time at Utrecht and in the Dutch NT. Agree with a AGI raise as well. What values were you thinking of?

i am not sure of any value at the moment.but agility surely yellow+ and res 87/88 maybe will work.

Yeah was thinking the same so I'd agree to that. Can't help but feel his positioning is (slightly) better than his current 83 suggests though I'm not sure.

What do you guys think of adding penalty saver/stopper? For me he's one of those goal keepers that deserve that special ability. I think he's much better in it than the average goal keeper.

how many penalties did he save before Swansea ?

his agi+res needs to go up without doubt.he has shown continuously his incredible reflex and agility.

he is much better than some over-rated keepers in the database like de gea or so on..........

I agree agility should get a raise but I'm not sure about responce, 86 is already a good number.
