how poor was he against antalyaspor! He's less than 4 months younger than Babacan, but he looks considerably more inadequate in almost every aspect. Only time will whether he'll be the next Recep Biler
They're both about the same age, but Volkan is more experienced. He isn't a considerably better keeper. Babacan can time his runs out of the goalmouth much better and is generally more reliable. Babacan seems really vulnerable against sudden or powerful shots. Mert has a bad habit of coming off his line and being caught out of position, which often leads to easy goals.

Got lobbed again yesterday. He has a habit of standing a few yards to far from the goal month and doesn't have the reflexes to compensate for it. I'm working on an update. Seemed really vocal from corners, though. His goal kicks are more powerful and can comfortably cross the halfway line. Can't say the same about the accuracy in his goal kicks. Jump looks underrated. He isn't really worse than Babacan in that department. Babacan literally crawled on the floor whenever he dived for the ball. Mentality could possibly be higher. However, his performance doesn't improve after letting in a goal and he does have a habit of slipping the ball out of his grasp from corners. Agility should also be raised. A green value is justified. He dived and twisted well to save Colman's penalty effort. Balance could also do with a raise. He isn't that weak in the air. Changes are all minor, really.
I think this kid deserves an update. He's essentially second choice keeper for the club and isn't that unreliable. He's very all-rounded and is particularly good at penalty saving. For the same reason, I think his jump should be raised. Volkan can definitely dive better and I think the height advantage Mert has should also be taken into account. I was thinking of the following figures:
