Does anyone else feel that his Shot Power could be higher? His clearances really do get a lot of distance, and he hits them with such ferocity that they really clear the danger. I'm not thinking of John Terry-esque values, but maybe an 83/84? I'd probably go for the former rather than the latter for the time being.

I have no problem with the current value, tbh. But it could be raised, 83 looks nice!
I know that i don't know anything.

I also think his Dribble Accuracy could be raised to a 83-84...he has improved his darting runs with the ball at his feet.

Am I wrong for suggesting this?

I always think its risky to raise side backs their DA. When they have the space on the ball (which SB usually have) they look good dribblers, but when playing in a more offensive role and the space get smaller you will usually notice their control of the ball isnt that good when dribbling.

dunno but i still think his DA should be a little higher...
check out this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbUowGO9kAI he has had some good dribbles over time and 82 really isnt ALOT in terms of DA..

Evra is much better than Clichy in dribbling yet they are rated very close. It would be unfair for Evra to raise Clichy's DA.

i disagree that evra is much better than clichy
both did good dribble without pressuring and evra is better
but not that much better
also..i think his suit him fine at this moment
SP can raise a bit

75 in Defense ?!
Although he's a young and very talented player, 75 is too high IMO (Abidal has 76, and he can play (bad ^^) as CB)
68 seems a better value for Gael, don't forget he makes mistakes so often

Well, as i said in my previous post, he can't be 1 point behind Abidal... or 3 points behind Sergio Ramos.

His defence needs to come down though, a 75 is an insult to other full backs with that value.

again, i have to disagree
at first, similar discussion has gone through on old forum b4 with xv63 and guys and the outcome is that he deserve defence with 75
however, Clichy had the best tackle completion rate in whole Premier League 2007/08 , winning 80.67% of the tackles he went in to, which is 150

with high tackle completion rate, player have to be high in response (how quick he make the tackle)and good defence positioning(how accurate he make the tackle)
repsonse 83 and defence 75should be JUST sufficient
especially with response..he need higher rating to do that

He might get a lot of tackles in as a result of his speed and ability to "catch" forwards, but that doesn't mean he is as good positionally as perhaps he could be.
