Isn't it Ramires? The top runner? Anyway, i agree with a raise but i'd go for 85.

Keep on mind that Ramires ran in a higher rhythm. He's always running at high levels of speed, what sure takes a lot more stamina. So, I believe we can rate Javi García at 85, as he walks more, what would put him on pair with Fábregas, who covers great levels of km's, but at slow rhythm.

I'm ok with an 80 for header, he will still miss many.

What about his technique, don't u guys think it could go up to 80, at the level of Essien, Felipe Melo, Poulsen, Gargano and De la Red? And i certanly don't see him 2 points below Ramires, but that's probably more a case of Ramires being overated.

Comparing to those guys i can see Javi among them in terms of technique, at least with Essien and Felipe Melo...

Now that a took a better look ..

Ramires has 85 jump and 79 header.
Javi has 82 jump and 79 header..

Is Ramires a better header then Javi?

NO. But Javi is taller and stronger... maybe 79 for Ramires is too much, tbh i think Ramires is overated in the vast majority of his stats.

Btw, stamina could come up to 85 like M. Fernandes, Gago, Carrick, Seedorf, C. Zanetti, Marchisio, etc. And he seems a bit too fast in game, what do u think?

Oh and last game he did a good long range shot with his left in a position he could have used his right. Not just because of this (obviously  ), but i'm not so sure he's a WFA 4 / WFF 3

I think his speed stats are ok, he's not slower then Veloso who has 77 TS and 79 ACC .

And for stamina he never gets tired during the matches ..

Can anyone fix his header value colour? it has green colour instead of yellow.

Sorry for double post.

He's not fast or agile by any means, he's quite slow in fact. Don't think it's right to have him with higher speed stats than Pedro Mendes (75/77), Yebda (77/76) or Xabi Alonso (76/75). If Veloso has those values then i also disagree with them.

And i also agree his left foot is not that bad as in the stats.

Hasn't he improved in DA? For me 75 is a little better than CB's value but he can't be worse than, lets say Pique!
I haven't watched any Portugese liga matches this year but from what I remember from last year he was better at dribbling and ground passes..

He's a good passer, but he never, ever attempts dribbling, he prefers to use his body to protect the ball. His first touch is nothing to shout home about either but he keeps everything so simple he doesn't need a great deal of technique. Great player overall: tactically developed, immense in physical confrontations, dangerous in the air, simple but effective passer, his only limitations are his modest technique and some lack of speed, which, to be fair, are not that bad to be considered as limitations. I'd say that defence-wise he's, along with Fernando, the best DMF playing in our league.

Thanks for the info, it's nice to hear solid opinions about players who haven't been looked after for quite some time :)

Your DA may improve, agree guys? I think 77-78 would be a good value for Javi Garcia :)

I think 77 could be. He needs other changes too, like raising passing and/or TW, and removing long ranger.

I agree to raising their passing statistics, I think I could be in yellow :)
