Ryo Miyaichi

I know you think I might be overrating him, but he impressed me a lot. He is blessed with amazing accelation, pace and agility. He keeps control on the bal while he is on high speeds and he is two footed. This boy is a gem and I am incredibly sad that he broke his leg when he was on trial at Ajax because this wonderkid should have been really useful for the current Ajax squad.

Strong points: Quick, confident in 1 on 1s, two footedness. Runs with his head up. Not affraid to track back and can do so for 90 minutes.

Weaker points: He can be a bit sloppy (or unconcentrated), esspecially in his passing, but sometimes in his dribbling aswell. Also he has to bulk up a little because he is quite weak and looses to many battles. Could improve in his positioning and vision.

See for yourself and be inpressed:

To everybody commenting on these, do consider them as extremely provisional.

Personally think it was a bit to early but hey, it's your call Fides. ;)

EDIT: http://www.zerozerofootball.com/player/ ... ult/157163 Has him at 71 kg.
Buon compleanno, il pibe d'oro.

I know 100m records aren't a completely accurate source to go by when assigning numbers for PES as distances are a lot shorter on a football pitch, but if this guy can do the 100m in 10.84 seconds at 18 then that's pretty amazing. Though it's very possible it could just be another fabrigation e.g. Rommedahl. Either way I've heard a lot talked about this guys speed and promise. Has he been showing this level of pace at all for Feyenoord ? Or has he not had enough playing time to show this ?

There is a huge difference between 10.84 and 10.30 (a time I find unbelievable).
Keep in mind that the winner of the U20 England 100 meter sprint ran 10.47s during last English Championship and he has been training on that 100 meters for years and years.....

Ryo would be among the top 10 U20 years old in England (if he would be in England that is). Dont believe everything newspapers publish...

Yeah, more than likely both times have either been made up, miscalculated or exaggerated, although it's not impossible, well I find the 10.30 a bit much too. Either way, when people report these times they are usually for a reason, that they are hella fast. And from the very, very little I've seen of him he seemed to have a higher TS than ACC and looked pretty damn fast too although these are just 1st impressions.

Thread name should be Ryo MIYAICHI, I think, because his family name is MIYAICHI(宮市).

I found Feye's site writes his name as Ryo. http://www.feyenoord.nl/pages/newsdetai ... 00003.aspx
Opstellingen:
Roda JC Kerkrade: Tyton; De Fauw, Addo, Wielaert, Hempte; Delorge, Vormer, Janssen, Sutchuin (83’ Bodor); Hadouir (71’Skoubo) en Junker (83’ Pluim).
Feyenoord: Mulder; Leerdam, Vlaar, Bahia, De Cler; Meeuwis (63’ Cabral), Wijnaldum (77’ Larsen), Fer; Biseswar, Castaignos en Ryo.
And, thanks for fix spelling error. ;)

I agree with one of the previous posts that he should definately have s-14 Speed Merchant. This guy is really quick. Also think his tenacity should be 80. I have watched him play and he puts a good shift in for the team.

Currently the defenders of the Eredivisie seem to have more grip on Ryo.... not sure whether he fatigued a little or is lacking the confidence he had (maybe due to the trouble in his homeland?) or that he easy solution to tight-mark him did the trick. In that case I guess his low stats for ATT/RESP/TW are realistic.

I read he took 2 left CK & one FK against Utrecht, then assisted Leerdam's goal by CK. Are his set piece skills not so bad?
