It seems you decreased almost all the stats without giving so much arguments, right? Set was heavily worked and I don't think this is the way to waste it just because of inconsistency/not adapting/one bad season.
Really I have no problem to revert the entire set, but he hasn't offered that level in Spain. I've seen him a few times in the stadium and I must say that he is a complete retard. Maybe he was very good in Argentina, but in La Liga he has shown nothing.
His DA is very debatable. He tries to dribble the rivals constantly, but with little effectiveness, at least in La Liga. If he can, he even dribbles to the corner flag but with very little success.
With the current DA he's in the top 3 of Alavés players after Aleksandar Katai and Bojan Krkić:

Possibly my biggest mistakes have been the small rise in Attack and Teamwork, especially Teamwork. I think I've been a little generous.
"Set was heavily worked and I don't think this is the way to waste it just because of inconsistency/not adapting/one bad season."
Yes, I was thinking about it before making the changes, trust me, but his continuous mediocre performances have forced me to make those changes.
I have tried to replicate what I have seen of this player in the videos and in the stadium of Deportivo Alavés and he has failed to be a starter in one of the worst teams in La Liga...
But I have no problem to revert DA or the entire set. I only wanted a realistic set for his performances in La Liga taking into account his performances in Argentina (the "old" set).
The intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence.
