I've seen some vids of him in the UCL and I've noticed his crosses are slightly better (in the order of 75-76).
I also took note that he doesn't cross whenever he has the chance to do it from deep, hence he doesn't deserve Early Cross.
His MEN may also receive a boost, he's a fairly determined LB, like Phillipe Koch (78).

Think we could update teamwork + 4 and mentality +2 , this guy never gives up and works his but off for the team , but why so bad defence btw ?

You're probably right about his mental stats (MEN, TW), he's not the most talented player, but he truly commits himself for his team.
About DEF, he isn't really impressive in that aspect. At times he struggles to return to defensive duties once his side loses the ball. Fortunately his great pace and stamina compensate this.
If DEF is increased, I'd go for 65, no more.

I admit I don't know his playing style at all but 79 TW is already quite high for a sideback, especially considering the latest trends in rating this stat. So increasing it to 83 might be an overkill - I'll let you guys decide, though. ;)

Well, with TW 83 he would be far over other good SBs in Switzerland regarding TW, like Magnin or Zverotic. Something that is not true indeed. Considering this, I wouldn't go above 80, honestly. What do you think about it, Messias?

Just as Zverotic, his RES needs to be standarized (something like 73-74).

[]Darting Run must be replaced with []Offensive Sideback, plus Aw 3/2.
And his short passing is even more plain and simple.
He just tries to play safe with short, simple passes. SPS could be in 70 (cf. Balzaretti).

He's been playing for DM, CM recently. Having shown some great passes, he needs an upgrade on passing stats. in contrast, RES, which is quite old-standarded, needs a drop about a point or two.
