Are you sure about this AGI rafzin, with this weight he will be agile as Neymar and will be between the agile players in the world, he look like AGI 90 at max to me, but I didn’t watch him to close so I can't trust in my value.

Sorry, but I don't agree with AGI 90. If anything, he can be even higher than 92 on this aspect. IMO Osvaldo is an improved Maikon Leite. Anyways, I think his ACC also should be higher than TS, and also higher than Jorge Henrique, for instance, who's rated at TS 87 and ACC 91. AGG is also criminally underrated, 83 is a bad joke for him. DA is also only one point higher than Jorge Henrique, and, even though I have on mind that Osvaldo's dribbles are mainly based on speed, I still think he should sit at least on 83 for DA.

So, I'm sure there's other values that should be analyzed (like his passing attributes, he's a decent crosser, but he doesn't deliver any power on his crosses), but for now, let's talk about these and reach a final consensus, so, we can keep with further discussions.

I have watch more games from him, I agree with AGI at 92, his TS I think should be higher than 87 and lower than 89, so TS 88 for ACC I don't have a certain value, but his ACC is bloody amazing, I lost the count of the times that I see a defender sleep a second in front of him and Osvaldo just stole the ball before the defender has time to move, I liked Raf suggestion of Lucas having ACC 91 (anyone can compare both to know who is the most explosive?)
Agree with DA 83, honestly in some occasion he showed DA 84, his AGG is hard to rate he start the game with something around 90~92 and end with 86~84, as his STA drastically decrease during the match most because he played alone almost the whole championship.

Explanations:

Spoiler: show
I'm not sure about several things, he got way better after leaving Ceará, he's not getting so tired as he used and it's not so weak as before, but most important he became a really good finisher, he used to miss at least 3 good opportunities per game, pretty much like Robinho does. This is one of the reasons why I didn't go so high at shooting.

Speed and Dribbling:
Really fast player, probably his TS can be even higher, combined with some amazing agile and explosion he can pass an entire team in a blink of an eye. He lacks some control (wound't go higher than DA 84), but has some good tricks to beat defenders.

Passing:
It's like Pedala wrote, he has some decent accuracy, but they are really slow, maybe he could have more LPA, but he doesn't make so many crosses.

Shooting:
I'm not sure about his finisher ability, he is able to miss several chances, but still able to score quite some great goals, like this one, still he is being showing more consistent when is 1-1 with the keeper, he like to score in this way:

That's why I added 1-1 score and S06 - Long Range Drive, but I'm not sure of both, 1-1 because he used to miss a lot and the second, because I don't play pes 2013.
His SP, is another problem, generally they are quite weak (he improved it too), but he can do some really good ones, like the first one that I posted.

Stamina, Tenacity and Teamwork:
He is worst than Lucas on stamina, and generally need to be sub in the second half and on Ceará he used to get tired at first half, even because he was pretty much the only good player of the team. The low tenacity, is to represent his inability to maintain his performance when tired and TW is to make him stay at the side, without fluctuating too much to the center - especially when playing as WF -.

Very good numbers! I just wouldn't touch SA, 74 represents him well. And in SP I would go rather to 77.

And I'm not sure if he so hell explosive. Speed, even if for me seems that Lucas was faster, is good, DS also, but despite of been very agile, he can't change direction so easily, I think 90 will be enough.

And maybe 1 point more in Ment and TW respectively (he isn't so lazy and not very selfish and quite supportive).

Can't agree with less EP, had the same opinion as you, but after watching him more frequent, he really is that agile, his turns are effortless.

I watched him a lot this season, he became first team player after Ney Franco arrive. Very agile, but I'm really not sure if he needs a 92. Using comparison, you think that he's more explosive than Lucas? No way. Lucas can change direction more easily, more crazy than him. You can notice it easily watching them together in São Paulo games. Even if higher DA helps to Lucas, still Osvaldo EP surely shouldn't be higher than his.
