I admit I don't have a good grasp of how stats affect goalkeepers in game but these values to me represent a goalkeeper who's way more 'safe' than current Cech. I don't really know how to convey his shakiness through PES but I'm fairly sure he needs a lower response, his reflexes seem to me like an area of his game that's gotten noticeably worse. For reference I would consider Karius a better keeper than him now but there's obviously a big disparity in their stats.

Given he is in the official premier league 25, even if he probably doesn't even make a single bench, should be in there if the likes of Rahman are in the section
