Definitely playing as CMF for Liverpool, every pre-season game and first two premier league games. If that could be changed please, he's not going to play on the wing for Liverpool, they have to many decent wingers. So main position needs changing. Although its obvious he is still adapting, he seemed tempted to move to the wing sometimes against Bournemouth. Not sure if that was because of Coutinho's lack of defensive tracking, or habit that working on changing. It could cost Liverpool if he doesn't take up those central positions though, we'll have to wait so see how he progresses there for any alterations.

Never struck me as being this strong tbh. He is quite bulky but is not quite this powerful, and doesn't have brilliant balance or anything. Got beat by Walker in a shoulder to shoulder today. I'd probably swap the two (82), as I've always seen Walker as an 84/85 anyway.

Yeah, I feel the same since a long time ago... Milner's BB = 82, and Walker's BB = 84

He is playing the left back role better than Moreno at the moment. He needs the SB position.

He still can and has played right back RB in the few months. His default position should actually be CM as he is a CM playing on the wing, and at LFC he is currently playing a false full back role meaning he does into midfield to sure up the numbers when in position. However I am happy with it remaining as SM.

I'd argue for higher defence and team work and lower speed and dribble stats. He can't really beat a man with the ball any more but his link up play and movement enables him to get into great positions.

In need of some changes imo: still an threat in attack but maybe 82 is a overkill, most of his goals are from penalties and his assists are due his very good crossing, so maybe 79~80 should be more appropriate. As already mentioned before, his dribbling speed, accuracy and top speed should go down too. Really missing that early cross card on him too, and 1 or 2 points up in his lpa/lps.

Agreed, 82 is too high for him in attack. Your other points seem to hold up as well. He has a really good long pass on him. Great player, great professional, hard not to root for him.

He has played less and less this year. He warrants an update. Any suggestions? Are physical stats still this good?
