You shouldn't have posted those stats here, but you put agility WAY to low anyway, imo

For this season, i can see variations of 4-4-1-1 like....
GK: Renia
CB: Carragher
CB: Skrtel
RB: Johnson
LB: Aurelio
DMF: Mascherano (If he leaves, its Poulson or Lucas)
CMF: Gerrard
RMF: Kuyt/Maxi
LMF: Jovanovic (maybe WF)
SS: Cole (maybe AMF)
CF: Torres

Yeah, I'd agree with that formation. I think when Cole is back Hodgson will revert to 4-2-3-1, I think last night was more of an attempt to capitalize on Ngog's recent form than a long-term formation shift.

Think we should wait until at least the united game though as he's obviously still trying things out!

Oh and I think Roy is a big fan of Agger, would expect him to start when fit, either a CB or LB

Yeah deffo, i think he played Ngog and Torres together because just Ngog on his own wouldn't be strong enough, he wil definately stick with one striker and Cole in behind long-term. But he has got an almost impossible job of cleaning up the mess benitez left. I think lucas and babel could be superb players at clubs that utilisied them properly. They are easy targets for fans to blame everything for, which is unfair considering they had huge responsibilty at such a young age and had all that pressure on them non-stop, even now.

*EDIT
Yeah, he has faith in agger because he could play insua or aurelio every time but still picks agger. Although that may be because he is a more reliable defender and works hard.
Also, im glad aqulaini has gone on loan, because he does need to be at full fitness, but maily because he is just to much of a woman to a premier league player, AND plays where gerrard or cole plays, which we dont need.

Perhaps a moderator could create a Pacheco thread and use the stats above as a base for debate, then?

I would post them up if he'd been given one primary position rather than 3.

I'd go for SS, personally.

For additional reference, he was also on the pitch in all of Spain's U19 matches during this summer - perhaps these were televised?

has this been made yet? i dont think you should make Pacheco, not proven enough. lets be honest, we dont want him to be like nemeth where the future of liverpool was resting on his shoulders, then we sell him. Does anyone know why we sold him? anyway, this could happen to pacheco, dont rate him just yet. give it till january?

Nemeth's agent confirmed, shortly after the move, that the club had confirmed that the sale was for financial reasons, as opposed to any on pitch doubts about his talent. A talented sacrifice made due to the financial constraints brought upon us by the owners. Kacaniklic and Dalle Valle were also shipped on to Fulham, supposedly as part of the deal to secure the move for Konchesky (whilst, of course, freezing/whoring out our talented left-back all summer before shipping him out on loan).

Pacheco is expected to start behind N'Gog tonight - he's, hopefully, going to see a decent amount of Europa and League Cup action this season, as well as being a regular substitute in the league. What with the U19 Championships recently, and more games to come, there'll be plenty of opportunity to see him in action. What's more, he's likely to be on the new game's database from the box anyway...

I think it's worth creating the topic and leaving it open to debate.

I am in the process of overhauling the missing/new players set up (still to create the new rules), and at the moment Pacheco is in the medium priority which means he won't be posted untill he gets more appearances
