He's dubbed as the new Pirlo. His LPA is really impressive and his passing speeds are definitely better.

Their "moving style" is incredibly similar. When you watching him from behind with the ball at his feet building up the game is really incredible similar, same movements and touch of Brescia's Pirlo (early 2000s)

So, I've updated the lad. He's one of the most discussed player around and might move to a bigger club this summer.
Despite of the resemblance with Pirlo, both in aspect, style and history (both starting from Brescia), I feel he's much more similar to De Rossi. In fact, he's plays like an anchor man.
His LPA was unnecessarily high, I think 83 is the best he can get. He's also pretty fast, strong, very good defensively speaking. And he's just 19.
I hope he'll stay in Brescia to grow up a bit more... then he'll be ready for NT.

After a half of the season I think you could adapt some numbers

Looking to actual values for me he deserves more stamina, speed, response, agility, shot power, shot technique, curling, mentality, team work... A global update

84 Stamina (he runs a lot and maybe in the future he will be an orange stamina midfielder)

Response high greens - close to yellow

Agility high greens - close to yellow (difficult for me valutate agility but i see him doing good turns)

Dribble accuracy? Don't know how much consistent he is, but he is very capable to retain the ball (maybe old * Tactical dribble star)

Dribble speed absolutely high greens or close to yellow because he usually runs with the ball through opposite players

Short and long pass speed low yellows

Shot power 82-83 (he doesn't seem worse than the best Marchisio)

Curling 80-82

Green mentality

80-82 team work

I imagine him similar to Barella's numbers in a very few years, maybe with less strenght and more technique and passes

Return to “Brescia Calcio”
