I can say it is completely true that he is a penalty saver.
He has very great reflexes but he is not that good technically. I would say 87(also 88) response and 80 GK skill would be more accurate.
What's astonishing about Da Costa is his accuracy when kicking long balls. It is incredible, every Ancona supporter can say that. Before matches or in training he always tried drop kicks and he could easily pick with no margin of error a teammate who was near the opposite box.
He is the classic "feed goalkeeper kick" of old PES.
He deserve the last drop kick motion style (the one of Rogerio Ceni, typical of south american goalkeepers) and a very high accuracy and power in long passes.
Consider now he is the number one at Samp instead of Curci:
