The set of Weverton is really outdated.
Today is one of the goalkeepers in Serie A with better reflexes, I'd say. And improved in other areas too.
I did a complete new set of him, though I'm just going to suggest some changes that I would call more important.

The primary for the position:
Def: 84 he leaves the goal very well and it is really effective for close angles in 1 x 1 against the players. Defense is one of its best qualities beside his reflexes.
RES: 87 your best score. Its capacity of reaction is great and, as I said before, is among the best in Brazil. Better than Ceni and Cássio (with 86 and 85), but lower than the Grohe and Victor (both 89), for example.
GKS: 82 is firm to counter kicks next and even those strong with no problems. But I see its handling as the focus of the addition. With "handling", I mean the way he launches the ball away from or to locations where there is no opposition.

Other:
Jum: 82 his great "ally" with his reflexes and defense. He grew up in this area and certainly is beyond this current 78.
Ten: 76 is one of the most important and regular players of his team. Keeping up as the "right-hand". In several games, he saves the team.
Form: 6 Yes, he is regular and no, not the point of having 8 like form. This is a old value. Considering the new range of PSD and based on their performance in the games, 6 is a great value for Weverton.

Like I said, I did a complete set and just had suggested a few things.
Now as a moderator, I updated with all the stats.
Some changes are subtle as a slight increase in their mentality and agility, plus the default values for SA, FKA and etc. ..
Other minor updates done on his passes and techniques, I think he's a decent goalkeeper in this respect as far as I can tell. The previous values seemed somewhat underrated.

He was fantastic vs River again, probably the best keeper in Copa Libertadores so far. I'd think his BB is way better, quite a monster when he goes out and a great balance to cover the ball. Also probably his response is better as well as his defence.
