Fábio Santos started his carrer for São Paulo as a youth player. He was promoted to first team in 2003 and feature in the major club's honours in this period, including the Copa Libertadores and FIFA Club World Cup. Despite of his lack of playing time during this period, he out on loan to J. League giants Kashima Antlers.

He spend the 2006 season playing for Kashima Antlers, making 20 appearances and scoring three goals. In 2007, Fábio returned to Brazil to play for Cruzeiro, but failed to gained a spot in first team and was released in May. After that, he agreed a one-year loan deal with Ligue 1 side AS Monaco. In August 2008, he returned again to Brazil after failed to impress and signed a two-year contract with Santos.

Fábio Santos was released from Santos in December, and signed for Grêmio.

He was capped for Brazil national Under-20 team to play for the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship.

He is a bit faster and technical, but the defense could be reduced (to 62). His nickname around here is Fábio "avenida" Santos. Often he leaves the defense unguarded; another problem is the low response. Any opponent attacks from the left side of the field with ease.

I think he's a bit underrated in his speed stats, but the other stats are fine.
This guy was Grêmio's starting 11 worst player, don't expect too much from him.

I don't even know why this guy was ALWAYS on Grêmio's the starting 11... he's a COMPLETE DISASTER defensively. Look at Grêmio's conceaded goals when this guy plays, they're always created on Fábio Santos' back (left side of Grêmio's defence). And he has serious problems to cross too, he's constaltly missing.

But he was playing well with Renato Gaúcho as his coach. Renato is a wizard :O

Very good overall, I also agree with the suggestion made by Carriero, who is BB in 78. And one more thing, I set off on my game with him in 83 with SP, I think it seems a good value, I think he can put the ball too hard, I think he is better than Neymar in SP, would you think of SP in 83?
